John was a founding member of the band Armored Saint. When Anthrax picked him up as a replacement for Joey, he already had a good list of masterpiece albums with them to prove his singing chops. Also, This song is from an album released in 2003, roughly 20 years into Charlie Benante's career as the founding drummer of Anthrax.
Only, Crush, Room for One More, Posion My Eyes, and Think About an End; are all killer tunes by Anthrax with Bush on vocals. Bush is my favorite singer they had; and those songs seem universal.

Almost all reaction videos are of their Among The Living album songs, hardly any listen to the John Bush era. Met them down in Texas around this time. John Bush, Frank Bello, and Rob Caggiano were amazing then. Charlie and Scott seemed a bit off that day. Everyone is allowed bad days. When I met them again a couple years ago, Scott and Charlie were amazing and awesome. Frank was still awesome. Joey was great. Jonathon Donais seemed tired. I probably should have asked him about some Shadows Fall stuff.
Anthrax is great! Anthrax with John Bush is freakin' awesome!! Lyrically, musically, spiritually better than what they were. Bush helped the band evolve and mature to levels beyond their original work (which I am still a fan of, btw). If you continue down the rabbit hole of Bush-era Anthrax, there's a great list of songs to look into (some include Dimebag solos!). john bush was the best singer for anthrax,his vocal range(the guy can sing,everything he wants,not the case of joey belladona,just deal with it fanboys),and his stage attitude and charisma make him awesome and the perfect frontman for a band that always was ahead of their contemporaries
