    great Vid and thanks. I have tried your workflow and it just engraved the whole picture as a white square. whether its white or black . I just cant work it out what I am doing wrong.

      Make sure that your inverted picture has enough depth of black and white highlights. Your black details in the photo will be what engraves and the white portion of the picture should not engrave at all. I hope this helps.

      @@coleminorkustoms8594 thanks for the reply. I have set up a pic in imagR and used material black slate. Bought that into XCS and its like it engraves exactly like the pic but the whites engrave and the blacks dont? I just cant figure it out. I followed what you do and its the same. I must have a setting wrong somewhere

      I actually had one kind of work. I think the pic is still too bright. Almost over exposed.

      @@Dannos3d the white needs to be more white than gray, if it’s slightly gray at all it will engrave lighter causing the whole image to engrave, which gives you a blotchy engraved image.

    Thanks a lot. How many lines do you use?

      I did this on 100 lpcm but you could do more for more details it just adds more time.

    How did you get a “speed” setting with an image? I have the F1 and it only gives dpi and dot, no speed

    • @coleminorkustoms8594
      @coleminorkustoms8594  Před 6 měsíci

      I’m not sure how you would set it up the F1. We only have a M1 10w.
