Now THIS is the definition of Hope. It's the final gate of defense that is the do or die for humanity. It's what makes you wanna live instead of fade. It's there along the step of your life, always walking with you and never behind. It doesn't miss a beat and it never goes out but shines brighter in your time of need or want. Such an underrated concept of mankind but can be everything.

Loads of good songs filled with passion, dedication and love.
I really do love the way he calls back to previous songs- not just to Lonely and Innocence as part of the trilogy, but to Man of Stone and possibly several other references that I didn't catch. It's part of what makes gives this immensely personal, intimate feeling to his music, that gives it a power and quality almost entirely unique to him. You really get the sense that this is his very soul we are hearing.

I barely remember what it was like to be in so much pain. I'm so much happier now.

I fought in my own head for years, as to whether I should tell other people how alone I was and make them feel bad even though the circumstance was out of their control, or for others expose their mistakes, even if we were just kids. So young.

I'm known for being a worrier in my family, but for good reason. With my mother's steadily declining health over the years, my fears have only gone up, along with the pressures of life.

In these two months, I experienced the low point in my life, whether it was family, love or schoolwork.
But I got up from it again, and I am still working hard.
Just when I was writing a paper in the lab, I heard hope, and at 03:55 I started to cry for breakdown.
That charming voice made me let go of my burden for a while, and howl cry.
I know that God loves us.
Experiencing all this is to make us better.
Thank God for letting me know that I am not alone.

Truly touching in times of need.
I've got much going on in my life, from being quarantined right now in this COVID-19 pandemic with a positive diagnosis, to more personal dealings with those I used to desire to be with and a year's worth of my life seemingly being for no reason other than for it to break me down more so than I thought I could stand. Every day for me in of itself is a fight with my disability of cerebral palsy, and it often seems like I'm losing the fight to continue onwards in my life at times. This song was like a balm for my soul, in a way. Reminding me that I have a God that is bigger than any of my problems I face here on this earth.

Hope. What is "Hope"? Its an odd thing. Why do people "hope"? Hmmm... This is a question I often ponder to myself. Is it because they rather think of something good will come than be in despair? But isn't despair more common nowadays? Is it not better just to feel despair rather than cling onto some false reality that will not come? Is it not easier?
