Minuto 12:25 exactamente así y con la misma broca perdí la primera falange del dedo índice derecho, la pieza de madera de madera salió disparada de entre mis dedos y con el impulso de mi mano, mis dedos se fueron directo a la broca, en una fracción de segundo perdí la punta de mi dedo índice y el dedo medio y anular se también salieron lesionados...
Mucho cuidado con hacer eso...

you have the tension nut on the wrong side. it should be on the same side as the floating block so when you screw it down the movable block pushes the nut into the floating block

Your nut on the clamping section was put on the wrong side. Due to Newton's 3rd law the force of the pressure on the clamp will force the CA glue on the nut to break, however if you had just put it on the inside the force would have also been placed on the wood.
Other than that nice.

Two things, one it is not a cam clamp, it is a F clamp, secondly I would suggest that you put the nut for the screw on the bottom that it is not only the glue that support it.

Save time and money by purchasing a couple of clamps from banggood, use the time and mone saved in making something cheap and practical.

It is oblivious that there are no pinch mechanism and the nut is fitted on the wrong side
Sekedar bertanya: mengapa nut clamp tidak dibagian sisi dalam penjepit. sehingga ketika mendapat pengencangan maksimal dari gagang putar, akan tetap kuat tersangga oleh bagian clamp gesernya.
Kalau pada video ini, saya berasumsi. Nut dari gagang putar akan terpaksa leluar ketika melakukan pengencangam clamp maksimal.
Sehingga akan mudah rusak.

You know, I can pop out to my local hardware store and buy a heavy steel clamp about that size for 7 euros. You've just spent about 50 euros in labour costs not including materials in making something that is only half as strong.You're all nuts. Go and make something useful like a wooden spoon or something edible like fried eggs and chips.

сколько роликов уже посмотрел - там чуть не половину времени показывают, как сажают гайки в деревяшку. Не понимаю, что мешает просто посадить забивную (врезную, есть и другие названия) мебельную гайку? типоразмеры от М3 до М12 практически на все случаи жизни.
не говоря уже о том, что показан не самый простой и технологичный способ посадки гайки. Можно же проще и надежнее (например, рассверловка и клинышки)

Save alot of money? You are gonna LOOSE money with all the time it takes to make one of those things. Don't you see how much work that clamp is? :/
Well another thing what won't work. Many "toolmakers"tried this incl me, but there is not enough bite to the long shaft. So others came up with solutions as threatened rod for the grip, or a meat plate. Or a piece of triangled wood what gave you the grip you need. Stop putting videos out to make money and get people's hopes up.
