So two out of three men counted out loud and there was one female present. If this were a scientific experiment you couldn't, realistic, conclusions from this. The fact you have attributed a reason AND gender differential to counting out loud makes you a bigot. I believe that is the term that is used for someone who's underlying bias manifests itself in a willingness to consistently be derogatory to a group of people simply because who they are.
