I just lost my mom January 30th 2024 from Leukemia and I had been with her for the past 10+ years helping and doing everything I can. She was my best friend as well as my mom and now I have nothing holding me back to focus more on my social media videos but I need help. I've always helped others and always will but if you're reading this allow me to ask for help.....so hard for me to ask but I'm hurting so bad i need positive people in my life. Also been in the gym since a kid and a personal trainer and dietary nutritionist now 15+ years. I will make anyone laugh thats around me just give me a chance guys.....
I lost my dad last year and i am in the exacy same situation u r in...u trip on yiur words, sometimes u discuss aspects of humum where u feel u r gonna be fine but then u just lose it or become too emotional... the thing is when u have someone who has been a big part of who u r, they never really go away even when not in inmediate thought ans so when u think of that it is good to be able to have these breakdowns

Brad talking about his dad death really helps with the grief of losing family and friends. My uncle just passed a couple months ago from an overdose after battling with addiction for years he was so funny always could make everyone laugh. I miss everyone that’s passed on in my life 🥲🖤
