      Actually it is not necessary to do that because some University degrees are accepted by the Bar Council of India. So, you can study abroad, then come back and give an exam and begin practicing.

  • @jdcforever6953
    @jdcforever6953 Před 4 lety

    Sir I think your video isn't addressing the most basic point of getting an LLM from Abroad.
    Which is that people go for LLM in UK/USA to work there rather than come back to India.
    Suppose I go to UK for LLM in Oxford/Cambridge/UCL/LSE/QueensMarry then what I get is high chances to get by top tier magic circle firms like Linklaters, Clifford Chance, Allen and Overy, Herbert Smith etc. because these firms hire very few directly from India but hire more from Top UK University.
    Ofcourse they are going to pay me for a GDL course.
    What's your viewpoint on this?

    • @TLOIAcademy
      @TLOIAcademy  Před 4 lety +1

      I am addressing the countless who come back. Know a few hundred who landed back in Delhi and have expensive degrees around their necks and earning peanuts.
      So "most" people -- our perspective differs.
      If you can get into the top universities like you mentioned, please go ahead. No problem.
      And every video can't cater to everyone. My set of audience is different than the one that you have raised :)
      Cheers

  • @VampJKwillkilleveryhuman

    Now my every doubt is clear
    I asked same question from my teacher that can I become Judge after doing LLB from abroad?
    She said yes LLB is same everywhere
    I was in doubt that every country has their own Constitution then how it can be same?
    But now it's cleared
    Thank you so much 🥰

    • @fallenking285
      @fallenking285 Před 3 měsíci +1

      Your teacher was right, LLB is same everywhere. LLB doesn't only teach you the constitutional provisions, its scope transgresses well beyond that. It tutors you on the nature of criminal and civil laws, their foundations and origins and much, much more. Also, yes you can become a judge after completing an LLB from abroad IF you do it from a law school recognized by the BCI. If you do so, all you have to do is give a qualifying lawyer exam in India and you'd be good to practice and/or join the judiciary.

    Sir same difference between darbhanga government law college and du clc. Means exposure in du societies and other things, but how will help it for litigation, i know many lawyer in jabalpur high court who is pass out Bangalore nlsui and pune nlu but they are use less. And normal student ajeet singh is a famous lawyer who did complete their llb in glc college rewa. he appeared in almost 180 wp every year and bail appeal also. 15 year of experience him, and other hand nlsui student from rewa useless and frud madar.... then i pray to high court for change in council. So i learnt that practice hard working is important not college. But another scene where du or nlu Delhi student amish aggrwal is famous nowadays in district court delhi as well as high court, and du law faculty also invited him for many occasions. Sir therefore i disagree with you because llm from abroad can be change student personality, standard and other things.

    Sir, I'm currently pursuing BBA LLB from a private university in India. I aspire to work abroad. I was thinking that I should pursue LLM from Canada and then practice there. Is it possible?
