Love Dougâs reaction. You can see the pride in his face and the pure gratitude from his heart.
The smile on Dougâs face and the handshake......PRICELESS!!!!!
I in the other end think that he didnât really like it to be honest
@@oscarguajardo8791 yeah I think he liked it better when the paint was falling off. đ Stop hating !
Makes all that hard work worth doesn't it. I'm a carpenter of 15 years and it never gets old seeing the faces of your clients.
I'm also a carpenter....bit older than you..lol..25yrs under my belt...but u are right...the money is nice but the look on their face is the real pay..
Doug sure is one happy camper, the look on his face said it all. Really nice to have friends like Chad and Jolene.
Doug was so pleased with Chadâs and Joleneâs paint job that I thought he was going to cry. Three good friends.
We need to see the car again after Doug gets all of the trim put back on!
Agreed
And out side in sunlight
Yes absolutely . That would be nice to see . Kind of show the finished look đ .
Yes I agree
That's right! We should start a petition. Maybe Jolene and Chad will hear us out. Would really like to see the finished car.
What a relationship! Remember when you met not to long ago and now Doug is like family. When I see you talk with him I see you look at him like a grandfather. Never interrupting his story and learning as he speaks. You found family in Doug and in ways most of us as well. BAD ASS CHAD.
You know.. He is enjoying every second of puting that car back together with care, for every detail.
I was watching Doug's face when he seen his Beautiful Jag ,and I was genuinely in tears ........ That's what lifes all about!!!! Making people happy. And most of all WELL DONE CHAD HILTZ, For showing all the nae sayers and so called expert's that you have revolutionised the way you CAN SAND ,PRIME,AND SPRAY A CAR " Especially BLACK as it's the HARDEST colour to paint a car. And for showing you can spray a car WITHOUT ORANGE PEEL!!!! THE CURVES AND LINES ON THAT 'JAG" ARE STUNNING .and to do with your techniques with an electric sander are brilliant. So Doug's so happy, like a kid at xmas . Also Joleen a big thank you for keeping this CZcams channel alive!!!! I I love when the Car Club talks shop, and the stories are brilliant, the characters and RESPECT THE CANADIAN PEOPLE HAVE FOR EACH OTHER SHOULD BE APPLAUDED..
SO HILTZ KEEP IT UP!!!
CANT WAIT TI SEE THE BUGATTI IN ITS BARE BONES ,WITH THE BODY OF. AND SEEING THE CHASSIS, AS TO ME THE HANDLING HAS TO BE DONE RIGHT ,SO TELL CHAD TO " ROLL HIS SLEEVES UP" CANT WAIT.
Thanks for the like. Bad Chad . I might jump on a plane when our Borders open back up ,as were still in lock down in Bonnie Scotland...
I have been round the world myself, 30 years in the Merchant Navy, so I've got Stories, lol .. I'm also a pure Gear head ,I'm ADDICTED to cars, bikes, fast boats ,nitro and petrol r.c buggys and can turn my hand at anything ,being a Ships Deck Bos'un for decades gives you experience. So I would love to come visit your shop and take some pictures. Look me up on Facebook if you have the time. All the best and " Peace Out'
Please dont paint the Bugatti White it won't show its Beautiful lines !!!!
Iâm so happy with the reaction of Doug. I think he was a little overwhelmed by the work. Iâm thinking he thought it would be a good job, not a great job. Iâm happy for all of you. đđđđšđŠ
Go Canada đšđŠ from your friend paul in delta bc
@@luisbatista1103 I was watching todays video. Makes you kind of sick to your stomach that people pull that crap on people. Always thought Doug was a straight up gentleman. Then he pulls the stunt with Jim and now with Chad and Jolene on the motor.
Happy! Happy! Great job doing it your way Chad. Doug deserves such a great effort by Chad and Jolene.
Very nice job Chad you should be proud of yourself!! You can see the happiness in Doug's face!!
Doug did an awesome job cleaning the valve covers and intake if you use a high-temperature engine clear on the intake it will last a very long time and look brand new I know from experience the jag looks fantastic give your selves a pat on your back for a job very well done
I really like Chads style. He's one of a kind. Nobody does it like him. It allways turns out good.
"Nobody does it like him". Well, you are right about that ! Very unorthodox.
Chad's a famous person who's also a nice person. That doesn't happen a lot.
Doug's stunned you hit it outa the park ....You Did make that look brand new ....I'd hire ya in a second ...be proud brotha ...and sista Jolene ..
The look on Doug's face at the reveal was priceless! Chad, you and Jolene have done so much to make people happy it is just remarkable. Whodathunk when you met Doug a few months back that you two would've formed this bond - it's almost like you all have been friends for decades. Really speaks to what great people you and Jolene are! Thanks to taking on the task of filming and publishing your content. Big fan of Hiltz Autoco here in CLE Ohio!!
Man that was cool. Who else was sitting in the camera Jolene is carrying, following them in and thinking, "Oh man wait til he sees this!" ? First two words, "Wow....Wow" third word after the grin broke out was "Gorgeous". Man that's good stuff. I'm happy for him, he just got one hell of a return for the favors he did Chad with the motor. I'm glad we got to see it with the windows down and the interior showing. Man that looks elegant as hell. Beautiful car.
Excellent work Chad and Jolene Doug is over the moon hats of to you all đđđđđđđ
Delighted to see dougs is over the moon with his car, your are a good people chad and jolene
Great to see Mr. Doug excited about his beautiful new paint job! Thanks for sharing Chad and Jolene
very nice job on car CHAD AND JOLENE!... Doug sure has a big grin on his face! ...thanks 4 video. be kind.
Iâd say that the Hiltz paint job on the Jaguar is Dougâs kind of licorice. Well done! Canât wait to see the big cat once it is all put together. It started like a dream!
Nice idea on the finish of the pinstripe Jolene, that was đ. I like how Doug said let's just slow down, he appreciated the paint that much to let it harden. Good stuff guysđ
Reading the label I think it said it was dry to the touch in 4 hours and hard overnight. The overspray on the masking tape was not sticky before he put on the second coat of paint. Chad said it was an old can of black paint he had sitting on the shelf. I donât know the part number but that seems like some useful paint
Doug's a first class guy. You could tell he was thrilled over the paint. Nice work Jolene and Chad.
Chad making people happy one day at a Time..priceless đ Doug is a beautiful soul ....thanks chad.
Sweet. Doug is all SMILES!! And you let him pull some tape off which is one of the most awesome moments after a new paint job.
Doug's happy, Chad's happy, Jolene's happy , the dog is happy and I am tickled to death.
Thatâs exactly how I feel. In fact the world would be a better place with more people like these guys.
same! Amazing work!
Wow that thing pops! awesome job Chad! I thought Doug was gonna cry. That is a show quality job!
Hi Chad and Jolene love what you do and we love to watch you .We are in Sydney Australia Doug was so happy đ

The paint job looks great! Doug âs happy and thatâs whatâs important đ€đšđŠ
Just needed Jim there today to roll one up to make the day perfect!
Love that man ,Hes such a character, we NEED TO SEE MORE OF HIM.
WOW that car started unbelievably easy, sounded like it didnât even make 1 full revolution and it fire up .. amazing . And the paint turned out to perfection đđ
You are a great friend will you be my friend I need a Chop Top painted đ. Keep up the good work.
Just awesome...Doug is so happy...warms the heart...just a beautiful car...beautiful job by all...just a great video

Doug is the best guy ever!! That hug!
That was worth it, seeing Dougâs reaction. Heâs very happy with your hard work!!! Great job Chad and Jolene!!!
10/10 I knew Doug would be happy . Nice to help out jolene and great filming . Jag looks stunning !!
Great job Chad! You covered all your bases and left no stone unturned and it shows, looks greats. I 'm going to use you method when painting my '54 F-350 9' truck. It needs a lot of repairs (fenders) and thinking of a two-tone or solid black. Have a great day.
Thks paying it forward with Doug, well worth it labor of love on this car.
All's well that ends well! NICE!!!
The expression on Dougs face shows just how good of a body and paint man Bad Chad really is thatâs why they call him Bad Chad
Doug's reaction was absolutely priceless. You guys are all GREAT PEOPLE đŻđâ€
Chad you are a good man for making Doug's day, the look he gave you will always remember that.. đđđđ
Very nice work on the valve covers Doug, the manifold is looking nice too.
That Jag dash is so gorgeous đ
Only an engineer can make sense of things that don't need to be there
Good job! Doug is happy.
When Doug first saw the paint, it was the first time I could hear him without concentrating, lmao
Great job folks, nice to see him happy like that.
God Bless
You got to love Chad just a good old boy East coaster hustling and grinding and smiling and yet very humble person did you see the reactions Chad was just as happy as Doug was being a painter
Seeing a very happy customer must make it all worth it.
Well dun all great work and content. đ
Oh damn it's Doug! Haven't seen Doug since 1995 I think when we went to NSIT together. Looking good my friend!
That silver compliments his hair for the win.
Thatâs one happy man . First time I ever see Dug smile x
That paint job looks great Chad, good to see the smile on Doug's face. Doug welcome to English engineering and automobile design, never make it easy to maintain. I owned two Jags over the years a 68 4.2 E type coupe and a XJS V12, the XJS almost put me in the poor house.
What a great friend you and Jolene have in Doug. Chad soak up every bit of knowledge that man has for you. When it's gone it's gone.
Time for a well earned Day Off fo Chad & Jolene âŠWoW on the work & Doug looked though the roof HAPPY !!!Win Win Win âŠ..
Nice to see friends trying to do their best for each other. Love it.
It often seems that those friendships & respect for others are the real themes of this channel. The vehicles are just the grease that keep the special relationships running smooth.
Full credit to Chad for renovating the Jaguar, an immense amount of hard work and skill. Great to see, maybe in time they will work on another Jaguar together, it's great relationship.đđ„
nice job...you friend Doug is a real gentleman, and he love his car
Like they say in your part of the country..."MINT"!!!
What a great reaction!!!
Cheers!
Doug is going to feel like a million bucks driving down the road nice job Chad & JO
Wow ...the time flew by..jag is ready so soon !
Well done sir and lady-yâall did that old girl justice and then some!
That classic Jag is going to look great going down the road ... nice work Chad
Turned out beautiful
"Wow! Wow! Beautiful... Wow!"
That says it all, Chad - I think Doug is happy!
There is no better feeling than doing something for someone who really appreciates what you do
Well done man, this is a difficult job to get right without repainting the silver and clear coating the entire car after colours are applied, without careful prep and careful application of not too much paint on the seam it wonât come out this good which is why you see a lot of two tones that have a moulding covering the colour change.
You also have to know how to spray well to get such a nice finish straight off the gun đđ
Iâm in the higher pressure camp too, one of the the reasons they invented gravity feed guns is so you can spray at a lower pressure if you want but there isnât a âcorrectâ way to do it, as long as it gives you the result you want you can use a frickin brush.
I think people just get stuck in their ways and think thereâs only one way to do things, Iâm probably guilty of thinking like that sometimes too.
Awesome job you two, but I can see Chad is a man of action and does not like standing around much.
One of the reasons I don't use single stage is its soft too long. 30yrs of being a bodyman I enjoy you guys.
I think the Hardner label said dry in four hours and hard overnight. It was dry to the touch before he could get the second coat on. That paint looks very useful
Single stage if mixed by volume with the correct amount of activator, in a gas heated booth at 20 degrees Celsius for twenty minutes, allowing ten minutes between coats for flashing off, should be dry enough to handle within an hour of the bake cycle ending. Same drying time for the lacquer when using base coat and clear.
What I was saying is that it scratches easily.
Chad once again creating smiles and a wonderful take on life.
That's a beautiful job, and that red pin stripe, going with the red interior, so cool. Well Done !
A room full of joy!
More doug. Enjoy his contributions.
Dougs hilarious!
In Pennsylvania we call that paying it forward
Making dreams come true, this mans passion is remarkable, my favorite mud slinging man
Doug is a great person just like Chad and Joline.
Great video. Happy for Doug!
Doug was right: "It's a show car!" A really beautiful job. I love that car. I'm sure it will soon run as good as it looks. Congratulations, everyone!
WOW, lot of nice work, dang
Seeing Dougâs face made my day. Genuine appreciation for Chad was obvious.
It looks PERFECT! And the verdict is in.. You are the Paint Daddy!
Amazing paint job DUDE!!! You blew his mind!!
makes me happy to see you guys happy! another awesome job well done! keep workin!
Trouble is it looks so good now Doug doesnt want anyone else to touch it đ
đđ€Łđ
Doug was amazed and nearly emotional. Wonderfull to see Congrats Chad and Jolene, you nailed it.
O'l Doug hey?! He looks happy. He has a beautiful car there.
Thanks to Chad and Jolene. ... and him of course.
You did such a beautiful job on Dougâs car, we ate wondering what color Jolene wants her car! Thanks.
Ya I can't wait to see what color that Bugatti will be. Man I'm hoping they either go black or that mint green Bugatti used back then.
Looks fantastic.
That is impressive paint! Doug knows paint and he looked truly impressed!!! Doug really compliments your channel he has a nice manner about him!! His personality and Chads Jolene really work well together! Congrats
Nice to see you kicking back and just enjoying your efforts
Can't wait to see the Jaguar with its furniture put back on. Good decision not to quickly throw it on and risk scratching that beautiful paint work. Good job Chadgang :)
Brilliant paint job! I enjoy happy people, Chad is a dream maker!
Wow! I learned so much from this series of videos and I've been painting airplanes and cars for many years. Thank you Chad and Jolene.
There is an old saying in America .."tit for tat" , now I am not certain who is who, but isn't it lovely to see? Bless us all who love cars
