1 ½ frozen banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp raw cacao powder for magnesium (& taste!)
1-2 tsp raw coconut oil @dignity.coconuts - for MCTs and antioxidants
Optional: 2 scoops protein powder @ancientnutrition
Coat ingredients in @harmlessharvest Coconut Water (our fav!)
