I love these interviews. It makes these men So human and real.
Handsome men who are great at what they doing .Love their sense of humor. Interviewer did well because having Stepjan looking at you like that with deep piercing eyes I would just melt down.

How can people say they are arrogant? Nothing wrong with a young man who is comfortable in him self. So stop hating on two very talented men who are funny and kind, don't hate on the fact that they are good looking, we have enough hate in this world to be worrying about a persons looks,....I personally think they are both very handsome and talented, keep up they great work guys, you have more love out there than on this platform,....

I agree~~ film music is so underrated literally there's so many great film music composers out there that are just such amazing pieces especially those with orchestral influences or are orchestra pieces.
Classical music is the most amazing music, especially when played by great talents like you. I discovered you, Hauser, only today, and your music made me so happy. For the past five years I listened to David Garrett. I am adding you to my list of favorites, starting today. Thank you for truly feeling and interpreting your music.

Great interviewer & questions! These guys are such a fantastic, well-balanced mix of so many things: skill, talent, passion, humility, humor, deeply emotional, sincerity, cocky confidence, gracious, ambitious, handsome and thoughtful. They've also got this unique, kind of playful, sexy, flirtatious masculinity that is relatable, likable and appealing to women as well as men in its own way. I think they have an especially good effect/influence on men, and can almost be like role models or examples- particularly in the US where there is an unspoken sort of societal pressure put on them about the expression (or even experience) of many emotions are somehow "not masculine or manly" or possibly even 'woman-like', and they are somehow a sign of weakness... which is all complete rubbish! ALL emotions are universally HUMAN! And these guys are examples that not only is it possible to experience, express, share and even evoke a broad gamut of emotions- but that one can do it and still retain their masculinity, respect and admiration!!!
It's totally ridiculous and actually very sad that such a thing is true; because in essence what this does... promotes is dehumanization! And I believe that in many more ways that we can imagine is a crucial component of many of the social & societal problems which may seem disparate and unrelated that we grappling with and trying to manage the effects of - such as, the proliferation of violence and violent crimes for example.
It's no exaggeration when he was that deeply touching beautiful music makes one a better person and promotes peace!
what an informed thoughtful and intelligent comment! I have only been following them for a few weeks but i am just full of admiration and fascination and listen to their music as much as i can, amazing how much and how varied their repertoire is and growing constantly, they have an incredible work ethic as well.

Finally, a good journalist and Luka and Stjepan serious. If the journalist was not good, they would make fun of it. I think that is also because she stresses that they finished one of the best schools and that they are actually among the best classical cellists in the world.

They're cellists not singers. And which one are you referring to?
Google "Can Stjepan Hauser sing?" it will take you to a short compilation , starting with him singing alone, the middle one he plays piano and sings one song with his blond haired cousin Valentina, probably in Croatian, she is wearing a black dress He also collaborates with Benedetta Caretta, she sits on his knee and sings while he usually plays cello accompaniment and there are two songs (Shallow, and Something Stupid) where he actually sings a couple of lines in harmony with her. He has a lovely deep gentle masculine voice but cello will always be his primary focus

I love them (!) and their music but they seem like a bit popularist. And what about saying bullshit to the music that the other people might like; they will watch this video years later and think that they were so arrogant. Of course this is about music. there is a really funny interview of them both from about 2013 when they were being asked about how life has changed for them back at home since they toured with Elton John and Stjepan talks about how impressed the sheep in the village are when he steps outside now and generally jokes about his "humble" origins

you haven't been looking at the type of music you like them, they have a huge repertoire of beautiful classical music and they are both quite amazing though they have recognizably different styles and some prefer Stjepan's mellow gentler style and some prefer Luka's crisper brighter style
