Is it helpful to get Karta Polaka and then apply for Presidential Grant? Showing you hold Karta Polaka during going through the Presidential Grant process must show you're serious about Polish Heritage/becoming Polish citizen?
If your family changed their last name non legally after immigrating (and you do not have the legal paperwork because there is none) can you still prove you're relation by birth certificates/death certificates/etc or is the legal name change document required? Sorry for all the questions!!
my parents born in Poland have citizenship to Poland and USA. But they lost their birth certificates and PEL number they cannot remember it , how do I get their PEL number, so I can become a dual citizen to Poland.
