Great video, thank you! How do you track your employees hours? You mentioned you’re a remote company, as am I, so I’m wondering how you track hours and keep them honest. We are hiring two people today and it’s out very first hire after being in business for 12 years! 😥 Thank you!

We do not track employee hours. We much prefer a results driven environment, where we measure our employees output by the results they create, instead of tracking hours. Maybe a future video topic?
