If I crack two times two different services should I have to go lbsnaa two times?
Every person whose name is there in the final list of UPSC goes to LBSNAA Mussorie, they may be either IAS, IPS, IFS and officer of all 24 services mentioned in the gazette notification of upsc. Then after the training of 90 days in Mussorie officers join there respective academies or institutions as per there service such like IPS officer goes to Hyderabad IFS officer goes to new delhi as there are various academies for other services but IAS officers remain in LBSNAA for the upcoming phases of there training. They do not go any other place for training. They complete all the phases of there training in Mussorie itself.

Is lbsnaaa for only ias or also for ips ?
No, in the initial 3 months all the officer trainees from All India Services(AIS- IAS,IPS,IFS,IRS, Indian Forest Service and many more) were joined LBSNAA. After this they were sent to their respected Academy according to their job preferences.
