Hi I am 40 year old male and I have worked for almost 9.5 years in BPO sector but because of corona and age issue I have been struggling to get a job. However, I had completed MBA in HR through SMU in 2014 end and unfortunately could not get job so I continued working with BPO sector only with that profile. Now I have forgotten MBA knowledge. Could you suggest me free online HR course so that I can utilize my degree and get an entry level job in HR like HR recruiter or Payroll kind of ?

mam mai is year fresh admission le rahi hu MBA ke liye..aur govtcet ke liye form bhara h..maine isse pehle 2016 me admission liya tha but bcoz of pregnancy etc mai clear nahi kar paayee...aur mba hone tak mujhe HR department me kaam kar ke experience lena h so after MBA i can do it very well..mai HR se related har cheez sikhne ki koshish karti hu..like payroll etc other computer skill..my english is fluent mujhe 1 year teaching experience bhi h..mujhe puchna tha ki after only B.A kya mai company me as an HR assistant wagera kaam kar sakti hu...mai confuse hu ki MBA hone tak konsa job karu..q ki mujhe HR me he job karna h..Ms CIT ho chuka h..aur konsa course karu which will be useful

Mam i m stucked plz guide ....I have done my computer Science in Engineering , now i want to be hr manager ......I want to start with core hr but I am getting job as us it recruiter or recruiter ....but they are different industries too ....1 is Jimmy's burger , 1 is IT , 1 is construction so if now i want to work as hr manager so this will b considered as 3 years of experience ! Same story. I'm also a qualified nutritionist but now I'm working as HR at a very renowned company.
They recruited me because I had human development as a subject at my degree college level and I had management skills which was developed because of my college studies. Therefore, to do something you can create your own path, Don't just follow the rat race.!
