Lee did better than is looked thru the show. The wedding dress and girls dress were great choices. ❤
The "afters" foolishness drove me mad! The castle for the reception would have been the right choice, but it seems that some people are allergic to class. Even worse, they don't want their bride to be a princess... or their Queen for once in her life... Sigh.
At least she got a castle for the ceremony. The bride looked amazing!!!

The Castle is fairly masculine - why weren't the guys interested ? I'm all for getting a good, decent deal for the reception and good food and mingling like you were as comfortable as inviting someone into your own home,I can see the Bride's point on gardens and why that would be more home like than a publicly traversed place, as well.

Are you serious??? He has given her the best day of her life, everything she ever wanted. It was literally perfect. Where is he being selfish? I'll tell you what, you're being delusional.
I thought so too until in the last minute when he got the castle. He got the hen right but almost everything else seemed to be whatever he wanted but this is so often the outcome on this show. I am always so curious to know how the brides feel when they watch it and see some of the truly selfish choices the grooms made that just lucked into being ok. Sometimes they seem cluelessly selfish and sometimes they laugh and say things like “oh no, I am not wearing the yellow and blue. I want to actually look nice. I’ll save that for the bridesmaids.”

I'd guess the other scripted parts may have been planning to use the hotel for it all, and maybe the iguana as the ring bearer. I'd imagine he might have wanted the moment mostly for you as flower girl/ring bearer. But he did seem like he wanted it 😂
