Miami has just avoided the slander of a lifetime in basketball. Well done
Now the slander is all on Celtics

Agree, the other crew(Jalen etc) are OK but not nearly as much fun. You really have to like these guys.
They are on point tonight, less joking around đ
What do you think if Shaq can be replaced with someone else more upbeat? I still dont see Shaq gets blended in with other three.
Shaq got that lifetime free clam chowder there.
Chuck made excellent points and bos should be embarrassed smfh
why cant this crew just cover the finals too :( thanks for the great season - and thanks to Miami for allowing this show to extend for 4 more games lol
Bc the league is in contract w Walt Disney to do so. I would if they could have both crews cover together

Chuck's post game analysis and his response to the question about the importance of coaching was spot on đŻ. These guys are always great to watch.
"You're either coaching it, or allowing it to happen". A coach cant give you confidence, but he can take it away". I like both Chucks, the funny one and the profound one.
Chuck don't know a this Ng about winning titles
He ain't an NBA champion
Spoelstra didn't get one vote for coach of the year this year. Unreal.
Paul Pierce's presence is cursed. I swear the last time he hyped the fans up like that at his jersey retirement, LeBron's Cavaliers blew them out đ
No. The Celtics are perennial choke masters who repeatedly lose to teams with less talent despite being loaded year in and year out.
Lmaođ

I had the same feeling watching highlights after game... for some reason I thought seeing PP cheerleading, and I love the guy, was not a good thing but wasn't sure why. From now on let him go up to owner's box, right? Incognito maybe đ
look at my recent comment! I have the same feeling too. He should stay at home and just watch at home. He is a jinx. In my opinion his presence caused us the series. No offense to Paul Pierce, He is one of my fave Celtics player behind Bird and KG but Paul is a jinx!
Charles hit the nail on the head. Coach Spo and Jimmy Butler set the tone after the last game.
Sort of. Boston did them a huge favor by not running any offense and just taking horrible shots. Coach wants to blame it on 21% shooting but your players are just coming down and making a maximum of 2 passes each possession before chucking up contested shots. That doesn't win even in middle school basketball.
Glad that the heat won though, I don't wanna see that trash style Boston plays in the finals again
Maybe so, but Butler guaranteed a win game six.
â@@darkoanton5 cause he knew he had one more game after that... Jimmy owns the garden the last 2 years... 5 away wins!!!
â@@darkoanton5 and but for that extra second they added to the clock the Heat would have won in game 6.
This crew has said this from the jump. Taking threes when you know you're cold is just silly. You honestly don't deserve to win if you don't switch things up.
ikr, after you started out 0 for 12, then they should have started attacking the rim
Yeah I don't get this either. This is one of those things you watch as a fan and ask how can they be doing this? It's so obvious.. like is there something I don't know? It can't be this simple. It must be the pressure of the moment to revert back to what once worked just one game before.
Agreed, it's not even just being cold though. If you're a pro and you get an open look I expect you to take it no matter how "cold" you are. They kept forcing bad shots. That's markedly different and worse to me. It felt like I was watching zombies run the same play or Groundhog Day.
"Celtics come down the floor, pass the ball 4 times, player X takes highly contested off balance 3, and Bang! off the rim."...throw in some bumbling turnovers, rinse and repeat.
Chuck made a GREAT point, you don't win games by taking tough shots. The best championship teams ALWAYS try for the easy buckets first. Basketball is a game of percentages.
That's that 'mamba mentality ' y'all always hype up that Tatum has.
I canât believe we wonât see the TNT crew until October. Itâs so fun to watch these four guys. Hope they enjoy their vacation and we will see them next season!!
Same I wish they could do the finals
Yea, such a shame the best crew cant broadcast the Final due to stupid contract/politics.

Yup Shaq funny asf.
The NBA could use a few more Shaqs laying down the law. This is why I did not watch the NBA this year --- no defense, for the most part..., and launching 50 3pt shots per game. No thank you. I'm a Celtic fan who did not watch ONE GAME all year because of the state of the league and I started peeking in at playoff games in 4th qtr - then I watched a little more in the Heat series and now I'm pissed off that I watched at all ! On a more positive note, I did get to watch about a dozen post games with Ernie, Charles et al. so that was okay -- always had a few laughs.
put that on shirt.
It's infuriating being a Celtics fan and watching them dribble it up without a single pass and shooting a 3 with a hand in their face.

Man, the Celtics play some of the worst basketball I've ever seen. Charles spoke the truth during halftime - why on earth do you continue to take horrible 3 point shots?? Marcus Smart grabbed a rebound, dribbled down court, and took a bad shot. The VERY NEXT POSSESSION, Brown does the same thing. White was the only player with enough sense to mix it up a bit. This is the problem with the NBA and 3 pointers thinking this is the way to win like GSW. Yes they have Steph and Klay, but they also have ball movement that gives them easy shots and defense. Three pointers by themselves have always been unsustainable. Live by the 3 die by the 3.
Yeah, jacking up 3s without Steph's movement and Klays double threat opening up looks is just running a Dantoni system
Bos showed us nba basketball at its worse lol
The heat played 2-3 zone the whole game. They needed to break the zone without in other ways because 3s werenât it.
Denver can splash threes and can kill you with precision ball movement and execution.
â@@arturobugarin3125 miami def is in another level.
Spoelstra is a far superior coach to Mazzula and that was displayed pretty thoroughly tonight. MIA can get easy shots, has a mid-range game and a good playbook with rim cuts etc. BOS has no plan other than fadeaway threes.
Well ya, what did you expect. Spo is a HoF coach at this point and itâs Mazzulaâs first year lol.
Spo is the best coach in the league lol he is significantly a better coach and more experienced than pretty much every coach in the league.
I loved how after Game 6 when Miami lost in dramatic fashion. Coach Spo in a press conference was basically saying âthat was a hell of a game, this was fun, now we gonna have to do this the hard wayâŠâ and on Game 7.. Miami sure as hell did
Why is no one talking about how bad Mazzula has been all playoffs. A 34 year old rookie head coach was the celtics downfall this year. Well their real downfall was their coach of the year from last year sleeping with a team owners wife, firing him, and replacing him with a coach with no experience on a championship caliber team.
@non yobussiness The scouting department and Pat Riley deserve credit also. The Heat do an excellent job evaluating "upside" with players undervalued by other teams. Robinson, Vincent,

I'm so glad the Heat won. Now the NBA still has that "No team has ever come back from 0-3" mystique that makes it special. If it loses that, then it's just like the NHL and MLB.
Bro this coach need firing adjustments needed to be made these guys kept shooting 3s instead of putting their heads down and going to the basket only White understood the task just like last year the turnovers unbelievable this team lack discipline it was hard on my eyes to watch them
The only reason they have this coach is because the C's fired their good coach for some stupid work place relationship that was consensual.
What you saw tonight was not a coaching problem, this was a player execution problem. JT and JB totally disregarded there coaches plan and tried to go out there and play hero ball and got ran out the gym and the celtics just GAVE UP. This team needs to be broken up. The adjustments of the 3's were Boston's downfall. When your under pressure you don't shoot that many threes. Boston looked like they rushed the 3's and afterwards it went down hill.

I really like Chuckâs perspective on coaches. Great players have almost all game plans suited for their styles so they just need to do what they do, but other players may really need coaches to direct, instruct and set plans for them, assisting them in finding what they could bring the most to the team(s) and thrive on the confident through doing so!
Charles is 110% right Shaq. Well said Charles, Joe allowed it, now he did cut it short by calling a time out a few times in game 6. The reason guys do that is.
1. The 3 is sexy and the short game is not

Remember what he said last year.they going to be in the same position and they will make it done. they waited for this moment same position and prove to everyone they can make it done
Love the Celtics, but "we shot 21% from 3" the reason they lost was because they kept shooting 3's. Jayson got hurt. Jaylen tried to be the guy when he was selling. D White seemed to be the only guy he knew what to do beside JT and Rob. Team needs to not keep shooting the 3 when it isn't falling.
When do you know that threes are not falling? You donât know until they donât fall. Itâs not something you figure out. Itâs something you observe after the fact. Threes will surely not fall if you donât shoot them. But Shaq has it right. Generally the best offense is to play for the high percentage shot.
I don't mind a team continuing to shoot 3's but they have to be good shots. The problem the Celtics ran into is they were putting up BAD 3's. Good 3 point shots will open up if you penetrate inside. Going inside should have been the game plan the Celtics, as shown by D White.
@@brentvfreiberger You know 3s are not falling when they brick 20 times. What a question. đ
Lot of this is on Coach Maz. Look at how tense his post-game interviews are after game 6 and 7. His players matched that negative energy.
Jayson is using him seemingly get injured as an excuse for his performance. Had he actually rolled his ankle like that he wouldnt have been sprinting up and down that court afterward. The Heat simply played better.
if mazzulla still thinks they should rely on the 3 that much he needs to go home and watch next season from his couch.
Love these guys..
