The colour for Liverpool is green. It’s meant to represent the green bit of the badge from 1999
It's turquoise and it's meant to represent the turquoise of the current Liverpool badge.

The teal in Liverpool’s kit is because the liverbird is supposed to be that colour. It’s part of the clubs identify
Retro kit
I like the idea of it was good (both badge and retro inspiration) but the teal just doesn’t go with the red as a home kit. I know it has been done before but that doesn’t mean it looks incredible, I think as pl champions we deserve something more, i would’ve loved something inspired by the 1990 home kit from when we last one the pl.

The teal from liverpool kit is from the main crest which has the same teal colour for shankly gates, classy tribute to the old crest

Liverpool’s kit is actually good I’d rate it 10/10 coming from a Bayern fan
I am a liverpool fan admittedly but I think our new kit is one of the nicest this season. The teal is because our unsimplified crest has teal on the Shankly Gates. Plus it's clean and neat. Although imo the best home kit this season has to go to West Ham
I actually love the Liverpool kit! You can say what you want about our away and third kit because those are genuinely debatable but this home kit is really nice! The teal is in our crest and it's a nod to Retroshirts from the 1990s so for me, Nike got it right!!🥰🥰🥰🥰
