If they stop carrying a certain item in store sometimes the store can special order it for with no up charge. I'm not sure if Sam's Club will do it but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Divide and freeze your deli meat. It’s amazing all the foods that you can freeze. It definitely helps with food waste.

Love the Surimi Crab!!! Yes, you can freeze them. They are actually frozen when I get them at Sam's Club.

Love watching your videos. Just starting on my weight loss journey was wondering what you put in your bowls you keep talking about. I always have a hard time trying to figure out what to eat. I don't eat any meat as I can't swallow it very well. So mainly fruits and veggies is my diet.
