There are two versions of the red circles. Kill all enemies in circle means you need to stay in the circle. For the one that just says kill all enemies you can activate it, walk away and come back after you've completed it.

Yes its is , i am in devs discod an now i am trying to finish Brutal but i am dying after 10 sek in the Boss fight . You will see what i mean when you get there. Good luck
