mongolia was only powerhouse in 3x3 because other countries doesnt really take that sports seriously while mongolia take its over the top serious. if other countries take it seriously i dont think monggolia would be still powerhouse

Mongolian fans basketball arena players and 3x3 … In my eyes i see this is a growth. I think you have a very small knowledge of basketball.

Guam is a US territory. If you are born in Guam, you are a US citizen. There is no naturalization process.
But, my 2 minutes doing bad internet research says you have to have ties to Guam to play for the team. Either born on the island or live there as a kid.
I'd play for the Mongolian team if I could given that I've been living in Mongolia for the past 12yrs. It's nice to see our people come out & play here. Goodluck to Guam the rest of the season. In Mongolia we say Amjilt
