About Video:-
Mechanically balancing a train, which is a very heavy vehicle, at a speed of 130km/h and applying brakes on a narrow track is really amazing engineering.
air brakes are used in trains and no matter how long the train is, an equal brake force is applied on all the wheels.
to make the air brake work successfully in the train, a powerful compressor is installed in the engine from which the brake pipe and feed pipe come out.
the compressor sends a pressure of 6kg/cm2 to these pipes and this pressure is stored in a reservoir. When the brakes are applied, the air in the reservoir performs the brake application.
but to apply brakes in the train, the pressure of the brake pipe is reduced and to remove the brakes, the pressure of the brake pipe is increased.
in this video, brake application of train is explained in detail with the help of 3D animation.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
topic covered in this video:-
how train brakes works animation
which type of brake are used in train
air brake system in train
train brake working principle

Full support❤
We supply electricity to train bogies after engine disconnection . We supplied 25 mw electric to per bogi es in train 🤣🤣🤣
ICF coaches have alternators and batteries fitted underneath them which supply electricity when the train moves or is standing. LHB coaches have a pair of generator cars on the either ends which generate electricity.
🎉😢
Tum kya kar rahi ho ll
Bahut mehanat lagi please like ❤

Bht hi shandar animetion, proud to see Indian’s are now growing very fast.
Very well explained using good use of 3D animation. Bring more and on many more topics. If you want I can help and suggest few topics.
Very lucidly explained, i Would like to request a video that how nowadays lhb coaches get auxiliary power for lights and fans as now they get their overall electric supply from hog cable, and generator cars aren't being used by the Indian railways
Part wise explanation done very perfectly. The 3D design is more professional. Quite interest.
Maza aa gya Bhai sahab... As an engineer, I just love to see such videos for entertainment and education

Brilliantly explained sir ❤ hats off
Very good 3D Animation explains
Superb 3d animation. Wait for 2nd second part
Bhai pure me brake hona compulsory by follow to newton 's first law (law of inertia)🙃🙃🙃🙃
Good knowledge and Animation!!!❤🎉
Aaj pata chala train mein se wo dhuski wala awaaj kyu ata hai😂😂
Mind blowing sir… love you lots
this is my favourite CZcams channel 😄
Very nice explanation, thanks. But I think piston will never go above brake pipe
Very nice explanation and animation 👍
Nice explanation bro carry on, we need more content

Thank you sir apki video bahut achchi or simple language me thi jisse bahut zyada jatil mechanism achche se samajh agaya
Thoda slow bhai...
Wah sir ji wah. Mja a gya. Thankyou sir ji. Agr or bi video hai to please jldi bheje. Machenical work, electric work, generator work, human body system , all sturcture, all functions, plant body system, structure, functions ye sb kuch btaye sir ji 3D animation video mein. Isse hr chij smjna asan ho jata hai
Electricity in the LHB coach comes from the EOG and batteries on older ICF coaches.Very top notch animation.
Amazing explanation, Very hard working Guys, Keep it up
Excellent animation work
Bahut khoob aur behtreen presentation 🎉🎉🎉

Nice video.👍😊 Next video banao jiske bare me Aapne kha tha video ke last me I am writing Next video .
I also ❤
I am also.
Excellent efforts can be shown in this 7 minute , I don't know how many hours you have put in for this animation and explantion , I salute your dedication. One suggestion :- Kisi bhea video mea basic cheezo ke barre mea phele bata de aur thodi simple language use kare jisse non-techie can also understand it. For eg:- In this video if you would have share meaning of piston , diaphragm , compressor. It would be easier for us to understand . Hope that you will keep your work high. Jai hind , Be happy , have a smile😁😁
Bhut khoob bha thanks ❣️✨
Love From U.P. ( Azamgarh)❣️❤️
Sir aapka video dekhna aur Samjna dono acha laga ❤

Easy to understand ur Animation video of train braking system.🎉
Weldone.. explanation is very nice 💯
Good detailed video
Love from Bangladesh ❤️🇧🇩
Excellent ❤ Animation h
good educational video
The compressor used in the diesel locomotive shown in the video is reciprocating 3 cylinder 2 stage type and it is driven directly by engine crankshaft. The process of generating feed pipe pressure and brake pipe pressure is much more complex than shown in the video. Meanwhile explaination of brake system of coaches is accurate.
i don't want to be confused with complexity but in this video we use spiral compressor that is run by motor
Modern diesel engines uses rotary screw compressors hence those jet engine type sounds.
@@menon_ji4984 I know modern diesel locomotive uses rotary screw compressor but the model shown in the animation is 1999 WDP4 locomotive which uses a 3 cylinder 2 stage reciprocating compressor that is directly driven by engine crankshaft. I have seen it physically.
@@menon_ji4984 the jet engine type sound is because of its turbocharger that works continuously ie. it works as a engine driven mechanical supercharger when engine rpm is low and as a exhaust driven turbocharger when engine rpm is high that's why EMD is having its signature jet engine sound in its diesel locomotive.
Excellent ...
Bahut ❤mst banaya hai apne video tnx
Can you explain why the EMD locomotives for example WDG 4, WPD 4, WDG 4D, etc. Make a humming noise, like I can't actually explain the sound, but it's kind of a high frequency sound.
They have turbos!
Nice.. default position is brake ON. brake must released via air pressure system. if there is leak / break in vaccum / air pipes, then brake goes back to default which is on. safety
awesome detailing
Very nice 👌🏽
Bahut achhe se samjays sir.
Nice Explaination .
A good video!
waw 100 bar train se traveling kiya but aaj samaj aya..... nice good 3d animation team
Good animation 👍👍
Tq for the informative video ❤
Animation to achha hai lekin samajh me kuch nahi aya. 😅
Uske liye engineering mind hona zaroori h bhai
Ha bhai mujhe bhi nhi samajh Aya . Explain sahi se nhi Kiya
Bohat detail video banaya isliye 😂
SBI chutiye hain na isliye tume sajh main nhi sya
Physics ka basic knowledge hona chahiye to understand this video
Nice! Mujhe lagta tha ki woh compresser negative pressure create karne ke liye hota hai aur brakes uncompressed state mein spring ki help se active rehte hain. Aaj pata chala ki the entire process is completly opposite.
very good excellent
Thanks 👍🙏
Very good explanation
Very good explaination, please make video about LHB coach
