From an experienced operator, your videos are great I recommend them to all the knew heavy equipment operators, keep up the great training videos.
Man do I ever wish this video was made 3 years ago when I first ever sat in a skidsteer the night before I was watching videos but couldn’t find one with the exact model I was gonna be using. Great videos I’m trying to watch um all your very helpful to new and experienced operators.
Very comprehensive. Thanks for putting this together.
Best way to learn...get out and run one. Too bad employers don't understand that, they want people to have experience; can't get experience in something if we don't get the job...
You need a certificate to say you can operate but need a job with equipment to take the training on. Catch 22 situation. Just trying to get a job as a novice loading shovel operator but doubt i will get very far. Seems to be experienced operators only in UK
Exactly!
Pro tip, watch a video like this and fake the experience on a resume, you'll at least look like you know what you're talking about, it worked for me 😂
I love the training! I learned IMMENSELY! Thanks a million!
Thanks great video, good to go over some basics that some of us forget to check, like pre-op inspection and knowing your centre of gravity.
Keep a fox tail brush to sweep the dirt out, inside the cab and in the tracks etc.
These training videos are really helpful. Thank you.
yes i liked the close ups. thank you. well done.
Quick machine with tires. I’ve been using one for 3 seasons lots and lots of hours on that deer. not sure what year it is everything is the same as that except track and I wish I had backup camera. Great machine I absolutely love it.
Thanks for the content!! 🙏
Am very grateful for this Sir
스키드스티어 가르쳐주는 최고의 영상 같네요. 오퍼레이터를 목표하는 한국인 워홀러 분들에게도 강력히 추천합니다.

Thanks for showing those operation buttons.
You’re welcome!
Thank you
I have a safety question regarding the opening of the door as you pointed out in the shut down. I will be operating a John Deere skid steer like this model on a property backing onto water, if the skid steer was to accidently slip into the water and stop the motor would you be able to lower the boom enough to open the door and exit without any issues?, or would you have to find an alternative way to exit the machine?...if there are any. Any feedback would be of help. Thank you!
Hey mate the rear window can be removed in an emergency, there's usually a little keyring looking thing attached to the seal that you pull out and window will just fall out.
What is on the gopro lense?
Would be good to find a pile of material like where you are at, and play around till you are comfortable 😊
When you're grading, and driving forward to gather material in the bucket/scrape off the tops, are you floating the bucket?
Generally speaking, do people that get into heavy plant operating train across many types? Or do they stick to one type (such as excavator, telehandler, or loader etc)?
As it has gone for me I work for a landscape supply company that has everything from forklifts and skidsteers to loaders and Telehandlers. I have gone and gotten my OSHA certifications to be able to operate these pieces of equipment so that when I get to the job site with a pallet of pipe or pavers or whatever may be on my truck that day I can go to the site superintendent and ask them “do you have anything with a set of forks I can use to offload my truck?” A lot of times the answer is I’ll send someone over but I have the occasional person ask if I know how to run “x” piece of machinery. (I grew up around this stuff in BFE so I was taught how to run it at a young age and do so safely) the answer is always yes. So about 20% of the time I am able to offload my own truck without inconveniencing someone else by having to stop them and ask
Thanks for the tips have learned a lot from this.
💯🔥💙👍
Thanks!
