Here is a brief description of the rules:
To win: Be the first to Collect 3 Full Property Sets of different colors.
To start: Deal 5 cards to each player.
On your turn: Pick up 2 cards (Unless you have none, then pick up 5.)
Play up to 3 cards: Play any combination of cards, here are some examples:
A) Put money/Action cards into your own bank.
B) Put Properties down into your own collection.
C) Play Action Cards into the center.
Types of Action Cards: (All can be banked as money if you choose)
Deal Breaker: Steal a full property set.
Just Say No: Play any time to cancel the effect of an action card played against you.
Sly Deal: Steal a property set from another player (Not part of a full property set)
Forced Deal: Force a trade of a property from another player (Not part of a full property set)
Debt Collector: Demand $5 from another player.
It's My Birthday: All players pay you $2.
Multicolored Rent Card: Charge one player rent of any color property you own.
Rent: Charge all players rent for property/properties you own that match one color on the card.
Double the Rent: Play with a rent card (Doubles the amount you charge for rent)
Pass Go: Pick up 2 extra cards from the draw pile (You can play more than one in a single turn)
House/Hotel: Add these to a full property set to make it more valuable
Other:
Property Wild Cards: Can substitute for property cards. - Jak na to + styl

Are we allowed to build 2 house cards over a full property set? I thought it was limited to 1 house and 1 hotel?
Yes, you are completely right! I played that incorrectly. You are only allowed to play one house and hotel on a property set! (Maybe the end outcome would have been different? Haha 😂)

I'm not sure but I think if you have a full set property you can't use to pay if your bank is not enough or empty. So regardless how much cost for example if you have to buy 20$ but your bank is empty and you have a full set property you can't pay it.
when my friend have deal breaker i placed 2 property card each and when my turn i placed all the property card
Are we allowed to to throw about 3 card or only 1 card? because is evelyn throw 3 cards, one the sly deal, two the force deal and three is go pass, I thought we're only allowed to throw 1 card at a time 😅 I really hope you see thiss

at the start of the game should you hold onto properties in your hand or should you play them?
That is a great question! I would wait to play properties until you have some money as a buffer for them. If you play properties and no money, they would most likely be stolen very fast. So, it's not a bad idea to wait as long as you make sure to have 7 or less cards!

I know right!!! I love that card so much! I was super fortunate to get 2 of them! And seeing that there are only 3 of them in the entire deck, I was super lucky!

I'm sorry but in the Manual Book, you can't have 2 house in a complete set. You only allowed to have 1 house and 1 hotel in any complete set

I don’t know if there’s a rule about displaying your bank to all the other players. My family plays with money piles stacked very tightly to only show the top card’s value & aren’t required to say how much money we add to it (we say/show how many cards we add to the money pile though).
It adds another layer of strategy to who you want to play action cards on and when if you don’t know their exact bank. Also makes for some fun reveals when someone has to reveal and hand over their 5 or 10 million that no one saw yet on a low charge. 😁

Brimley Games we also don't show money what is the rule though ??
So, the rules don't specifically say either way. I have heard that a lot of people hide their money under the top money card, but we play that you have to show it which helps you decide who to go after! Also, in the instructions it has a picture and it shows the money spread out. It may be just for show and not for practical gameplay, but that is how we play it!
I hope this helps! I have found that with Monopoly Deal, there are a lot of rules that you just have to decide on as a group as the instructions don't talk specifically about them.

If a player got seven cards or more than in his hand..do he need to take 2 cards from the draw pile when his turn comes ?
Hi Salini! So first of all, when your turn comes around you would only have a maximum of 7 cards because at the end of each turn, you must discard any excess over 7. So if you have 7 cards and your turn comes around, you must still pick up. You then have 9 cards. If you decide to play no cards, you must discard 2 to get down to 7. Or if you play at least 2 cards and then have 7 or less, you discard nothing. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any follow up questions! Hope you have a great day!

Hi Andromeda, as far as I know you can’t buy properties in Monopoly deal like you can in Monopoly. (But you could make a house rule for that if you want!)

That is a great question! I don't know the answer to that. I would probably suggest not doing that as it would probably be too powerful? But honestly as long as you talk with those your playing with and they agree to make the rule consistent for everyone, that may be the best way to do that with this game not giving too many answers. @@BrimleyGames yea once I tried to use it on my friends, first reaction was "don't think that's the rules man!" The rent went up to like 40mil and they got scared real quick lol
It all cool though, everyone laughed like crazy when I played that hand. We just agreed to only use 1 double rent card each time lol
