That spoon looks like a parfait spoon, long so you can get to the bottom of the glass. I wish Indiana had all that bottle history, looks like fun digging up treasure.

@Adventure Archaeology I actually grew up with my mom having a full set of Parfait glasses with straw spoons made of Sterling silver. Many great memories as a child doing everything from floats and parfaits. The spoon at the end of the straw was on top of the silver straw and was shaped like a heart but concave pretty cool. I am certain they came from her mom.

You've got a better 'stache than my other favorite You Tube guy, "Zed". He's shaved off his latest try at it. "In Mud we Must" is our club motto, you guys live it. That's a juleps spoon. I dug a Nickel one here a while ago. I found a cobalt cone in '16. I bought a Wyeth's with the box instructions dose glass & all unopened full contents "Kissingen salts". It complies with the 1906 Act, for approximate dating. Now I "Don't need to worry about them", have found whole & broken dose glasses of them.

A couple years ago there was a new road being put in near where I live and they were hauling dirt and gravel from the new road and dumping it in a pile about 100 yards away which they would level off every so often. They turned up an old city dump from the early 1900s to the early 30s. Between a few of us we found at least 200 bottles and we were just taking what was on the surface and hadnt done any digging. It sounds like there may be some construction on where theyd dumped it all come spring or summer. Unfortunately I am not likely to be able to check the area as they start digging because I will be recovering from spinal surgery.

Interesting ... Can only find E Kahn & Co Inc Baltimore MD in reference to post-Prohibition (1920-1933) patent trademarks in 1934, 1935 - sellers of whisky, brandy, gin, etc liquors.
There is an online book, The Jews of Baltimore MD, (a jewish database of businessmen, whisky and beer producers, liquor sellers, etc etc) - but is currently offline for research.
This bot is also curious. Anything earlier (1860s-1920) remains elusive as these post-1933 bots would have the "Federal Law" embossing on it. This is a pre-Prohibition bot of (1890s-1920) period and doesn't have the A G Smalley of Boston (jobber and bottle distributor) having the patent trademark embossings of (1894-) FULL MEASURE or (1905-1920) WARRANTED. So this is not a Smalley liquor flask.
