Its is totally failure of MCD and Delhi government, ask then to show CCTV footage of 22nd July when it was raining in morning 7:30AM there are lot of cctv camera on that road towards karol bagh metro station.every thing will come on table. I personally stuck on that Road Red light. The road was converted into jheel. While dropping my small son to his school .Your husband is just a victim of this so called courpt system.
