- Welcome back diecast collectors! Today's video features the newest cars and trucks I can get my hands on in January 2020. I quickly review everything and it's packaging before completing a full review of it by unboxing and opening cars out of their blister packs. Featuring brand new diecast from Greenlight with brand new castings for series 17 of the "H.D. Heavy Duty Trucks", as well as the several of the latest vehicles from series 7 "Tokyo Torque", series 22 "Black Bandit", and series 9 "Running On Empty", and series 5 "Kings Of Crunch", to name a few. Brand new cars from Auto World are reviewed with Muscle Trucks, Muscle Wagons, and other classics. Sweet new rides from Hot Wheels with a brand new color for the Datsun 510 sedan, the amazing Nissan Premium Garage Diorama, and a throwback look at the 50th anniversary Chevy Silverado square body pickup. I remember watching you a few years ago, I always remembered you but just came back. You gave me inspiration to start collecting, and though I am 14, I collect like I'm 60 and have a lot of diecast at this point. You also gave me some memories, and to be honest of it wasn't for you, I don't think I would be doing what I love. Thank you.
I am extremely happy to hear you have enjoyed collecting diecast these past many years, and wonderful that you have a large collection - that's exactly how I started. I started collecting a lot when I got my real first job (worked at a G-Kart track in the summer / Walmart shopping cart retriever in the winter). Through those years I thought to myself "I wonder if there will ever be a time when I don't collect?". I never stopped collecting, and as I grew older it became more and more fun. You are in for a rewarding hobby in life, I am happy to hear I was an influence for you when you first found my channel. Happy hunting!

You introduced me to the amazing greenlight collectables after watching my first one of your videos I went out and bought five greenlight cars and thanks to this vid I'm buying 2 parcel vans and being 15 and living in New Zealand that's a hard thing to do.
The reason for the 23degrees is Firestones trademarked design on those Monster Truck tires. Back when they were from farm equipment. Before the current version of tires that are used. Love your Channel! Keep up the good work.

The red laurel in the hot wheel Nissan garage diorama is flipn killer! It to me makes that garage diorama for sure!
Awesome video brother! Being in my mid 50's, and growing up in Southern California, I fully remember when the Datsun 510 ruled the roost as it were for being a sporty street car. I really like all of the Hot Wheels 510's out there, and have most of them...I think! I have several of the sedans, and even a few wagons. I really appreciate Hot Wheels for releasing such nice models of this iconic little car...much nicer than even the BMW 2002 IMHO. I also really like the old "square body" Chevy trucks, and have managed to find quite a few of those "out in the wild" as well. And yes, I have BOTH colors of the AW 1963 Polara Max Wedge (what a historic car!) and BOTH colors of the AW 1964 Galaxie...I suppose I'm ready to stage my own NHRA 1964 "Winternationals"!!! Your videos always inspire me to keep hunting! Hey, when are you going to do a video about the latest Tomica releases? Forgive me my friend if you already have, but I don't recall seeing one of late. TOMICA, TOMICA, TOMICA!!!! Cheers my friend and keep on making these great videos 😎👍😁!!!
Thanks for the message, and great collection of Winternational cars you have amassed! As for Tomica, I never ended up doing a review of anything they had new... Although I was in discussion with a marketing person from Tomica and had expected a shipment from them for a review on my channel, they never followed through with it. Therefore I would have to buy the cars in store, and in my personal opinion the pricepoint is too high. I have decided not to focus my collection on new Tomica, but always happy to review vintage Tomica that comes my way!
I understand about the Tomicas my friend; I completely agree with you and personally feel the price is a bit high as well. Money is definitely better spent on AW releases, that's for sure! Cheers brother and happy hunting 😎👍😁!

Another great video. I just found that Red/white auto world Chevy Silverado yesterday by accident. Happy to get it. I have ordered some future releases online because they are so hard to come by in stores. As I said on another video of yours...they are doing an awesome job on trucks right now....
When opening the boxes interlocking end flaps I've found a go-to tool is the backside of a steak knife. Owen Wilson seal of approval @ 12:03
I agree, and I was thinking to myself as I was opening the box... Dang! I wish I had a long flat butter knife or something. But then I was already in the middle of filming so I chanced the opening with my hand as you saw. Could have been cleaner! LOL

The white color top on the ups package car is there to allow for light to filter into the otherwise near dark interior of the vehicle. There are a couple of interior lights but they don’t really do the trick when one is trying to read labels in back. Personally I think they also do it to save money by not painting the roofs the copyrighted color Pullman Brown.
Cool video! As a fellow Canadian, we share the love of all things diecast! If has a motor and can be driven, then a small scale vehicle is the next best to the real thing!👍👍
Dude, I'm jacked about auto world discontinuing the storage boxes inside the auto world packaging! I don't have a lot of display space and a good bit of mind in back into the boxes but now without them !!! Wow that chase is awesome!!!
23 feet is probably the circumference of the circle of the tire they must be a little more than 6 ft tall for a 23 ft circumference awesome awesome diecast cars love them all green light and auto World are two of my favorite
UPS has never been big on diecast licensing, I'm glad that seems to be changing.
I have a diecast UPS truck that I got at a Value Village thrift store but it's from INDesigns Global Inc., a company that seems to specialize in outsourcing promotional items. I can't find much information about it but I wouldn't be surprised if it was only meant to be distributed internally at UPS to the children of employees.

Minor correction: the pale green Datsun 510 Wagon was originally in the final wave of Boulevard, not Garage. I managed to get most of that wave, including the Hakosuka Skyline, at a Toys R' Us but the wagon eluded me even back in 2013.

I wish Mattel would bring back screw-in dioramas with a solid plastic base such as they did for some 2 car sets for Hot Wheels 100% or the three-car Bruce Wayne Collection (I have the latter) where you could unscrew the individual cars to photograph them outside of the diorama individually and them screw them back in afterwards to display in the diorama.

I found the big USPS model this morning- super heavy- the 'raw' version you have is fantastic- it shows us how much metal is in this model- I still can't believe Greenlight dosen't sponsor your channel- I live about 3 hours from there headquarters- I would love to rally the wtffor troops and petition for you brother-

The Datsun 510 is nice. I haven't seen one up close. The one from the 50 car display. It's nice!! Very cool. I have a few of those. But maybe one with the rubber tires. Stuff like that...car culture, and retro entertainment gets scalped here FAST. I've mentioned that Wal-Mart's are the only place that has Auto World and we get very few. Our Toys R Us is gone sadly, so die cast stores are weak. We have one Target, well 2 if you count the one across the county. 2 Wal-Mart's that have such a garbage section of Matchbox, and Hot Wheels it's sad. Green Light, Johnny Lightning, and Auto World they do carry but only one line and like the Super T-Hunts they last maybe 10 seconds off the pallet. One more reason I enjoy your channel. Being sick sucks. Can't hunt for cars. Now I got more great NEWS. My heart is bad. AFIB, irregular heartbeat. So now my hunting is really dropped. Never take ANYTHING for granted. Have a great New Year. Take Care of yourself. Great video as always.

Love the new Square body Auto World and Nissan Garage I was lucky enough to get 4 of the Garage in store and the HOLY GRAIL Raw C10!!!!!!!!
Great review. I plan to shove in a 1/64 Delorean inside the white one. Maybe take out the shelves inside. Do you think it will fit? Width of the Delorean is almost 1.5 inches.

Chevy K5 Blazer comes off, the GMC Jimmy version doen`t have this option with Greenlight, it seems to be glued on

The Hot Wheels Nissan Diorama is nice, although i'd probaly try to make my own diorama to put these in. I'd prefer the black AutoWorld Chevy C10 Fleetside (black AutoWorlds always look cool) but the red one looks nice too. Too bad they removed the boxes though. Greenlight makes a *ton* of stuff so you have to be selective, as they do lots of different versions from one casting. My favorites here are the "Excaliber" and "Southern Sunshine" monster trucks, the Datsun 510 Taxi and the Ford F-150 "Gulf" truck. Thanks for showing all these!

White roof on UPS vans isnt to reflect heat, its to allow natural light in to illuminate the cargo area.

Hey kids, I have a 199 red Hot Wheel Ferrari 365 GT B/4 1/64 with metal base.
It has dark smoked windows and a black interior.
I can't fins ANY information about what this car is - an exclusive version from some kind of pack, a regular Hot Wheel release - or whatever else!
I've looked EVERYWHERE read page after page after page of HW variations as well as scouring the interwebs for sales and just pics.
I've owned a few of this model but I've never had one of this specific variety, with smoked windows and black interior.
I bought it new, probably at Walmart years ago, and took it out of the package to display in my cabinet, and it had no decals except foe the Ferrari emblem on the hood.
I just cannot find one anywhere. If it was meant as an exclusive in some kind of pack or track set, then someone mistakenly sent it out as a single carded HW.
I've checked yellow and black version, but not one single red one with the smoked windows and black interior.
ANYBODY??? I'm dying over here!

Hi Jack! It sounds like you have a very rare variation or low production model... I've never seen that car with black interior and/or black windows. Very cool! That's a keeper for sure. Want to sell it? LOL O-Dawg

Wtffor i have an important question i have bought an park n plates ferrari testarossa on card in RED with a red base, red bumper, black rear lights, black interior, clear windows and it has the ferrari logo(yellow) and the word ferrari in black as a tampo could it be an very rare one or just a mainline that ended up in the wrong card since i paid 50 dollars for it the seller said its not an error and he had lots of rare park n plates like the blackwall T-Bird, the nissan 300 ZX with red interior and the porsche with blackwalls
Thanks for the question! I do have this car loose condition as the mainline car was released and packaged as a Park 'N Plate model in 1990. I do not have one packaged, and pretty sure it's a hard car to find in package. In loose condition, it is very common as it is indecipherable from the mainline version. Good find for a packaged collection!!

It would be cool if Hot Wheels offered a white version of the display case.
The one thing that bothers me about those big mail trucks is that they so easily could've had sliding driver and passenger doors. I feel like that was a missed opportunity there.
I think Greenlight tries to compromise on details and price-point for the end consumer... if the trucks had metal bases and sliding doors, they probably would cost us twice as much to buy them.
