I want the scooter so bad and I had it now. I just bought it yesterday and just to get up this morning trying to put here in it. No hear it just blowing out back to come on. I’m sad.
The electric scooter will be sent by FEDEX,please follow it.Delivery time is about 5 to 7 working days.Tks for understanding this.
is it normal to have to hold down the brake a little to accelerate? because on my scooter it doesn’t say ready until i hold down my brake a little and the whole time i’m riding it i have to hold down the brake a little and if i let go then it starts braking

My Bill
I bought 1 and so far i like it pretty well, there is a few things im not sure about,1 at top speed in any setting/mode it feels like its has a rev limiter which makes it kinds jerky and that's not good at high speeds, and i cant figure out how to use ECO mode it does not say how to in the owners manual ,and what a useless owners manual.
If you press the ECO button donw,it will keep the ECO mode. You should close the ECO Button, and then press down the Dual mode to get the high speed.
Contact us info@efgtek.com.We will send you the speed control guide.Tks

I've got about 200 miles on this scooter. No issues, very fast, very powerful. Stable at speed if you set it up right.
No scooter, bicycle, etc... is ever set up right for you out of the box. You have to adjust everything. This is normal. I've read some complaints about things on these scooters that are a matter of proper setup, not a manufacturing or build quality issue. These things are built really sturdy.
After getting it all put together, adjust all the controls to where they are at your fingertips and in natural articulation when your hands are just laying naturally on the bars. Seems like a duh, but I've heard complaints that the controls aren't in the right place. Placing them is your job because it's your fingers. They easily move almost anywhere on the bars. Their are more in-depth CZcams videos for setting your levers and controls.
Next, adjust the suspension. It is very loose and at its softest setting out of the box. If you're north of 150 lbs, it's going to handle very poorly with slack suspension. Capacity is 330 lbs. I'm 225 lbs and tightening the spring spanners down about 1" for street and 1.25" for off-road equally on all 4 shocks seems to be the sweet spot for my weight. If you don't tighten the spring spanners, you will get a very sloppy ride and unstable handling at higher speeds. Adjusting the suspension is not optional. It comes out of the box with practically no pre-load on the springs. Buy a spanner wrench to do the adjustment. They're not expensive.
Lastly, tires. The tires that come on it are very aggressive. They're great off-road. They're loud, vibrate, and lose a little traction on tarmac at high speed just like a dirt bike tire on the street. I suggest changing them right away to a less aggressive 50/50 street/dirt tire, or if you will only ride pavement, a street tire would perform awesome. If you will be using it >80% off-road. Then, the stock tires are perfect. Using the proper tires and suspension tuning makes a 200% difference in how this scooter will perform for you. With street tires and well-adjusted suspension, this scooter is super smooth, super stable, and will hit 50mph on a flat run with no wind. It will only do about 43 mph on the knobbies, and the handling is touchy due to less traction. The front tire tends to wash out easily at high-speed with knobbies on hard surfaces. This is true of any scooter, bicycle, or motorbike. It will also gain range on the street with street tires. They offer less rolling resistance on a hard surface than the stock knobbies.
