So interesting - I think unless we see VR come way down in price we won't see widespread adoption (but I do think we will see it come way down in price just like cellphones and computers before them)

That was super insightful, sounds like you have a background in this field of academia. I like your point about AR being the primary focus - it's a much easier field to get the average person into the world of XR, especially those who might endure motion sickness from playing VR

You can't talk about metaverse without talking about VR Chat. This is the living concept of what Zuck tried to RECREATE
In my opinion it's not. Mark meant a WWW 2.0, where you can go to mixed reality / VR "websites" and selfhosted content
