- We found a good deal on a 1983 Nissan Datsun 720 on Facebook marketplace and decided to drive up to the mountains of Utah and buy it. We were shocked at how nice the interior was kept especially since the previous owner found the car in the middle of no where in Pennsylvania sitting underneath a tree then shipped it across the country to the state of Utah. This 1983 Nissan 720 was very well taken care of by the previous owner. #nissan #nissantruck #restoration #bestcar

Those stock like that were just amazing trucks.
Nice find man!! Building mine currently, (86 ST TBI). These things are kinda notorious for headgasket issues so always check your oil/coolant levels and for leaks.
Rothrock is still a current Nissan Dealership in Allentown in case you're wondering, but i am pretty sure that that dealership sticker is from the 1990s

Damn my uncle had a nice blue one a long time ago but it was stolen in Mexico. Then recently his son found a nice roller in tan which he traded for Nissan 240sx parts.

Those 83-84 beds always rust right along that center seam. If you find an '85 bed, swap it.
I have a 85 720. And the only destroyed thing on the bed is the tailgate. And the bed is still realy solid. But the under carige needs a litle tlc. But they are great little trucks. And the 4 wheele dribe works great in them.
Explain swapping the beds. Never knew of the interchange or fit.

easy to do. its almost straight swap over, tail light harness is slightly different. but the mounting points and gas fill tube are identical. just undue a few bolts, unplugg the wiring harness, undo the fill tube and lift off.@@rontate7719
