  • Tapasya episode 31 - Showcasing a glimpse of Tapasya batch students blossoming into young performers.
    Highlightig the importance of quality over quantity of learning, and how a wholesome, qualitative learning process will reflect on the student’s performance right from an early stage.
    Tapasya - the training sessions, is a series of videos that will be published on a monthly basis (as episodes) on the last day of every month.
    The students featuring in Tapasya series have about 6-8 classes every month. Each episode of Tapasya is a cumulative overview of what is taught to them during the course of the month.
    Along with the training sessions of the children, Tapasya also holds inputs on teaching techniques from Smt. Sheela Unnikrishnan and useful tips from the regular performers of Sridevi Nrithyalaya.

    Indeed, the small video clip at the end testifies the kids have been reaping benefits of Your rigorous instillation of physical conditioning With Mental Conditioning. Their "Abhinayaas" are crisp and seamless as if they are of experienced performers. Thanks.

  • @sasikalaacmchandhramoulees32

    Dear Ms.Sheelaa Unni Krishnan, Yes! Of Course!
    Bharadham IS a Thapas. And so other than those who believe in that cannot master the true essence of it. I am seeing many tonnes of video on Bharadham, Fusions (Un-fused fusions!) and hundreds of children on Singing. But without the inner fire, The Desire and The Devotion and The Dedication, their eyes and mind always on the audience, they perform like robots and follow Rules only!! They lack innovation and improvisation!!
    But your kids show good improvement. Its just because of You.

    • @shobhakorambil6790
      @shobhakorambil6790 Před 4 lety

      Namasthe. Teaching dance does not mean creating magic. Of the whole lot of Tapasya batch, those children who respond to the training, practice as expected, understand the hard work involved, attend classes regularly etc. happen to be part of the performance. Rest will take their own time. After all, dancing is a physical activity for children that involves pain, sweat, hard work, endurance and patience. Not all can pass through and Sadhana is TAPASYA.

      @prashanthysethupathy3110 Před 4 lety

      @@shobhakorambil6790 thank you for the reply... But one thing.. teaching is indeed creating magic.. it's easy to score 100 with a kid who already scores 70 ...to improve a 20-30 scoring kid to 100 is surely what magic is.. it will be far more inspirational to witness the latter.. thank u..!!!!

    • @Clara_Elena
      @Clara_Elena Před 4 lety

      @@prashanthysethupathy3110 There's only so much that a teacher can do in those situations. The teacher can help explaining everything time and time again, but if the child is not willing, hasn't attended regularly or has troubles at home it's not up to the teacher to raise their performance.

      @@Clara_Elena fair point well said mam..am not blaming anyone here mam.. am not here to argue as well.. 6 can be interpreted as 6 or 9 for the opposite sides both being true.. and just saying from my perspective.... Seeing success in 25 percent of the number isn't really a satisfying one.. that's al is my point..
