- Hello friends, in this video I have discussed about Annexure A, Annexure-G and Annexure-H. These Annexures are mandatory for Government Employees. Government Employees have to provide one of these documents for processing of their application. Unfilled Annexure A, Unfilled Annexure G or Unfilled Annexure H leads to denial of processing of their applications. Similarly Improperly filled Annexure A, Improperly filled Annexure G or Improperly filled Annexure H leads to denial of Passport services. I submitted Annexure G but passport office refused saying annexure H is also reqd and they said no handwritten fillup, typing is reqd. My DDO had given me noc.

HI BRO, I HAVE AN DOUBT REGARDING NOC, MY MOTHER IS APPLYING FOR PASSPORT AND SHE IS GOVERNMENT TEACHER. SHE APPLIED FOR NOC AND GOT NOC WITHIN ONE MONTH. BUT IN THE NOC, IT IS MENTIONED ANNEXURE-B AND ALL MATTER IS SAME AS ANNEXURE-A. WHEN WE CONTACTED ENDUCATIONAL DEPARTMENT, THEY SAID WE GAVE NOC IN ANNEXURE-B. WILL IT BE WRONG IF WE TAKE THIS NOC TO PASSPORT OFFICE??

Annexure H k niche note ka kya matlab hai...?
NOC applying procedure and documents that need to be attached with the application vary from Dept to Dept.
There is no common procedure hence it is best to enquire from own office instead of wasting time on CZcams.
Nowadays there are govt offices going digital where no application is needed in paper. Just online application.
Annexure H mei..as a teacher, kya hum principal ko receive karaenge?
