- Two of the game's best, Brad Nelson and Luis Scott-Vargas, square off to remain the lone undefeated player in the draft rounds of Pro Tour Shadows over Innistrad.
- Hry
No Magic player amazes me more than Luis! He sees things so quickly and is so creative. I would've lost his game 2 for sure.
+JCMELKOR it's Nearheath Chaplain haha. they tricked you! I always find it funny when these commentators start making up names for cards
+Campbell Youngblood-Petersen Someone wasn't around for Avacyn Restored.
sucks to be 8-0 and lose because you're mana short.. gotta be the worst loss you can get...
LSV the Glistener Elf, so shiny shiny.
[Spoiler warning]
I was really hoping that someone would draft multiple Fevered Visions and build a mad deck around it. Furthermore it's LSV, one of my favourite players. And then those draws happen. :( I was really looking forward to see more of that deck.
29:32 Dezani said "Oh Putain" a bit too loud
ya that means, and this is not a direct translation, "Oh Seriously!?!" in a vulgar manner
You've got some ear man xD
Luis Scott Vargas has become one with the elvish visionary
Here because of LSV Ixalan stream, saw Gaby behind Brad Nelson
Sick game 2
Play at 17 mins so sickkkk
17:00 Enchants Thornhide Wolves with Ghostly Wings, discard Nearheath Chaplain to bounce Thornhide Wolves, then exiled Nearheath Chaplain to create two Spirit Creature Tokens, that's gangsta!
these are my 2 favorite magic pros
+clayvision Yeah, I love LSV and Mike Sigrist.
+Nick Williams I luv sigrist
please to be showing coverage of Finkel
Lmao what a mad lad with this deck fevered vision knockout deck what a crazy mind I would love to see his thoughts for a tournament
I cant understand how this guy does 2 shuffles a second and im over here taking like 30 seconds per shuffle
Awesome
LSV is incredible
yay
Poor shota didn't even get to play game three. I killed someone turn three or four this format. I think it was this format. Build your own double me striking ten/ten. It involved that 1 red mana 1/1 madness outlet, that 2 mana 3/1or 4/1, some aura, and a combat trick. Pretty sure it was turn three.
Yasoota in the last match was suppose to get another clue, after that creature was burn to ashes.. I guess would make no diference though..
couple questions....at like 2:40 Brad casts the fork in the road and goes searching the through his deck so fast. Luis could have nodded or told him in some way but if the player wanted to be a dick could he have countered it, in turn Brads then deck manipulating. It probably didn't happen like that and I know neither of these players are gonna to pull some snake shit like that but that would be a game loss right?
Lsv nods at him, you can see brad stop to look for a moment
LSV is so buffed he ripped his shirt
#paythepro
the new intro creeps me out
innistrad is supposed to be creepy
+Nathan Toothaker ya its just way more creepy than others
5:00 Brad should not have flipped the duskwatch back over because it says "if a PLAYER casts two or more spells transform it" but they both cast a spell so it wouldn't have flipped.
+Anton Vitek Um, Ghostly Wings + Ember-Eye Wolf is two spells, genius.
+PopcornBunni he emphasized the wrong word. he's saying since two different players cast two spells, it shouldn't flip because 'A' player did not cast two spells, two players cast two spells between them
LSV played two spells, Ghostly Wings and Ember Eye Wolf. Please pay attention
Sutcliffe even says so in the commentary
