    Ingredients:
    250 pork loin (strips)
    250 g fresh egg noodles
    2 tbsp. oil
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. light soy sauce
    1 tsp. dark soy sauce
    2 tbsp. oyster sauce
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 medium size brown onion (chopped)
    5 gloves garlic (minced)
    100 g green beans (sliced into 1 inch)
    3 g spring onion (sliced into 1 1/2 inch)
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    Cooking Procedure:
    1. Boil water and put in the fresh egg noodles and boil for 3 minutes (as per packaging instructions). Remove from the wok then set aside.
    2. In a bowl, combine water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly then set aside.
    3. Heat the wok on medium heat and pour in the oil, saute onions until translucent and garlic until aromatic.
    4. Add pork and stir for 3 minutes or until golden brown followed by green beans. Stir for another 2-3 minutes to cook slightly.
    5. Add noodles, continue to stir then add the sauce and mix, stir for 1 minute. Turn off the stove then add spring onions and mix again. Drizzle some sesame oil.
    6. Transfer to a serving bowl, serve hot and enjoy.
