Bin 20 Jahre als Aushilfsfahrer gefahren ,von 1978 bis 98 ,in Stadtfeld ,es war eine schöne Zeit, zumal es für mich als Eisenbahner, im Bauberuf , als Lehrmeister ein schöner Ausgleich war.
Interessante Einblicke auf Magdeburg. Hier gibt es noch was Seltenes und zwar Littfaßsäulen. Auch in Cottbus habe ich welche gesehen. Danke für's Mitnehmen☺
That ugly building was called "Blauer Bock" (Blue Buck) and is gone since 2017 (27 years after promising the demolition). Now they build the New headquarter for the local Energy Provider SWM. Come back in 2020 and See the final result 🙂

Yes it could have been cleaned one or a few times more often but other than that I really love the “commie-block” aesthetic and it also belonged to the history of Magdeburg! The new building they built their has no real character to it imo. It’s just a soulless slab of concrete and glass. but I do understand if a lot of people hate the soviet block architecture. I just really loved the “Blaue Bock”
Yes, in reunited Germany there is change. Not all DDR architecture was ghastly. The Stalin baroque buildings are very nice. Did they demolished or renewed the tall building in Breiter Weg? That was another sore to the eyes!
die 1 fuhr vor 4 Jahren nach Sudenburg?XD aktuell tut nur die Linie 10 Richtung Süden Xd die 1 fährt aktuell zwischen Ikea/Lerchenwuhne und Olverstedter Platz und spät abends bis zum Klinikum weil ab da weniger bahnen fahren XD aber die 1 wird bald wieder nach Sudenburg fahren......... wenn die ganzen neuen Verbindungen stehen dreht sie wieder nach unten XD und das wird noch ~4 Jahren dauern XD ihre versprechen haben sie nicht eingehalten

А мы ездили на трамвае из центра до херенкруг,...только подзабыл номер трамвая...кажется 2...это было в 70 х годах прошлого века.....
