I changed the video's title and thumbnail from "Omori Title Theme" to the original name of "Omori Final Duet" after a comment mentioned it below. I used the phrase "title theme" synonymously with "principal theme" in reference to its recurring melody in the OST as well as being used in the trailer.
Omori is one of those games you don't want to put down no matter how much it plays with your heart. Despite having yet to beat this game, I have already fallen in love with the incredible original soundtrack composed by Pedro Silva. The title theme was especially enjoyable since it was the first piece I heard in the trailer, and occasionally returns during the game as a common theme.
This arrangement by duplicarto was originally a duet piece for a violinist and accompanying pianist, however I removed the violin portion for this video to highlight the amazing piano sound in the song. The original sheets have both parts though!

This is not the title theme. The title theme is about 30 seconds. This song is at the very end of the game.
