  • An indie rock track with some world music elements.

    Track from Boo's 1995 "Possible Bodies" album: - www.amazon.com/Possible-Bodies...
There's very little online about Boo - www.last.fm/music/Boo+Trundle - but it's high time this genius gets some recognition!

Very interesting! - I'd love for there to be a whole scene of Boo Trundles somewhere!
And you are loved whether or not you can keep up with your online duties! All of us online friends know how intrusive real-life can be. : D

Ommadawn is my favorite album of my favorites. The real all-time best for me. Not just like a few weeks, but pretty much since I found it. So great! :D
I wonder - how much of a common base do your channels have? I mean, are there many other people like me just subbing to all your channels? (RIP MB7jazz - please make a new one *nag*) :P

Keep nagging! It works! I'm definitely getting closer to resurrecting that channel. : D
And I think very few people are subbed to all my channels - or even just to most of them. You gotta be crazy to do that! : P

Just tracked down and faved Ommadawn! Keep pointing me in the direction of discovery! : D
For my purpose of spreading the Gospel of Boo - this track is sufficiently world ( ... in a way that "Siva" isn't ). The subscriber bases of my various channels are very different - so I leap at any chance to share an obscure artist with more than one base! : D
I think this is indeed the most musically impressive of her tracks - and I figured you'd like it for just that reason!

Another cool track - I especially like the world-elements... However, I feel that these are a bit too little to actually consider this as world music... Ommadawn is worldy :)
Another thing I liked was their very naturally-sounding use of minor and major mode mixture - that is quite rare in popular music and when it is usedd, it often sounds like very mediocre voice leading...
    Cool track overall!
