1 more update, the process area has been changed and the new building is opposite to the old building, where you need to visit (they have also marked it with paper), submit your civil ID and a toke will be allotted to you and your name will be called, until then you will need to wait in waiting area.

Thank you for the detailed video. I have a few doubts , might be repetitive. I had to renew my KSE this year. I have been a member since 2022 and my KSE membership has expired. I had recently applied for Residence renewal and they had asked me to get a declaration statement from KSE stating I m currently a member. But when i went in today, they told me to wait 10 days for verification.
I graduated from VIT ( vellore ) 2021 batch - currently still dont have NBA accreditation.
1. Will they check whether I have accreditation ?
2.If not, any loophole to avoid this reverification process ? ( ex: renew for 5 years ?) - For people have membership from non NBA universities.

Hello sir....what is the current procedure towards noc nd renewel of membership do u have any idea regarding that ,,,,actually i had membership but they r dening to provide noc i dont know what exactly they want that as of saying we will do meetings then will provide ,,,,and i also heard that if we had backlogs in engineering days they r rejecting for reissueing of membership ....
Hello, Current Procedure towards NOC and Renewal will be uploaded soon. Some of us recently renewed the membership.
Backlogs in Engineering is case to case basis, some have cleared and some have faced issues so can't really comment on that.
how to know whether I have exam or interview .I had paid 50 kd through kse site.They had given me the date and time for this .in the site its shows payment for exam .

I hav done the attesstation of degree certificate and transcripts during 2018. But i have not done the dataflow yet. I had the NOC an dmembership card till 2023. I would like to renew the membership card. Can i use the same attestaions which i did suring 2018 if i start the Dataflow now or do i have to do attenstaion again?
No, as per KSE they are asking attestations from 2020 or after that, anything done before that is invalid now.

No bro, KSE is only applicable if ur college has NBA during study period.
Kuwait engineering society manager has told me that there is a meeting on 28th Aug 2023.Do you have any update regarding this ? Is there any change in criteria ?
They had informed about this meeting in June and July also but we did not see any updates or changes. We are still waiting for it. No update regarding this.
how long did it take for you to finish dataflow approval? 50 days?
mine took 20-25 days, nowadays its taking around 40-50 working days
Hi Sir, I am from Nepal. My engineering degree is from Bangladesh. The Kuwait Embassy is not in Nepal. In this case, what is the process for attestation? Your Suggestion will be very helpful to me.
Hello, I m sorry I do not have information about how the process works in other countries. You will have to contact Bangladesh and Nepal residents regarding this.

1) KSE will not accept your application, but u can try once and see while visiting them.

Hello, they ask ur degree basics usually. There's no particular set of questions. The purpose of the interview is to know whether we remember our studies and are suitable for engineering job in Kuwait or not. Having set questions and exams will itself counter the idea of knowledge of the people as everyone will start learning only those questions and pass the interview. The system is different from Indian system here. So make sure u remember ur work and education basics, All the best.

It will show as "Exam" only then u have to visit KSE for next process, until then u will have to be patient and wait.

Supervisors do not need KSE approval, KSE is only needed if u want to work or are currently working as an engineer visa in Kuwait. And sorry I dont have any information about family visa, as far as i know it is still closed.

Yes, u have to finish Dataflow first and only then visit KSE.
I have few questions here please help me .
1) what will be syallbus are questions they will be asking for civil engineering fresher?
2) what is the chances of passing the exam?
3) By bad luck if we fail what is the next process ?
4) And interview will be done on which tyoe of questions??

2) if u are eligible, follow correct process and answer properly in interview u will pass.
3) if u fail, u wont get engineer visa, u will have to change ur visa or go back to your country.

Bro I came Kuwait at 2018, that time my manager prepare all the documents and inform me to go KSE. I want KSE and submit all documents, after some days my manager told your application rejected because of my college (Anna University) not in the list. What can I do now, shall I apply now. Until now in my visa have 12th grade.
Yes Anna has NBA no, u can go and apply again once. U should not face any problems this time.

Checked means they have just seen and investigated ur documents, once this status changes to "Convert to exam" u need to visit KSE to schedule interview as there is no exam for anyone, untill then please wait for the status change.
Do we need to get attestation on all the semester marksheets as well...? Is it compulsory...?
No, only Consolidated and Degree marksheets.

Yes they may call u on whatsapp or direct call as they may not have slots left for u.

Yes first time it is needed, after that not needed.
I've heard that KSE isn't accepting Computer Science engineers for membership. Is there any restriction based on the engineering field?
Yes, as of now they dont count CSE as Engineering degree as it is non core engineering branch

Bro do i need to carry my original passport all the time or first only.
First time u need it, after that not needed, but keep ur passport with u for 2-3 visits in case if they ask. Usually once the Civil ID is linked then they dont ask for passport.
Suppose i reject KSE for backlogs how i get back KSE please advise.
If u have got rejected due to backlogs then u can never get KSE unless they change the rules. Its impossible as of today.
Hi minhaj , after btech i did mtech while coming to Kuwait i did my Mtech certificate attestation and Arabic translation . My question is now for KSE btech certificate attestation is must or should i go with mtech certificates attested.
Hello, Mtech certificate is of no use in KW as KSE does not recognize it, u will have to get ur Btech degree attested only.

Should the provisional marksheet from Institute also be attested by kuwait embassy, ministry of foreign affairs and then translated?
There is no provisional marksheet, there is only 1 original marksheet which has all ur marks and college name in 1 big sheet which is accepted by KSE, that should be attested by MOFA.
Ur Degree translation is required once u enter Kuwait, marksheet cannot be translated and it is not required.
@@thefitfootblogger But what if the marksheet and degree certificate does not have the name of the college, only the name of issuing university.
Bro i have not seen any marksheet without college or university name till date, KSE will definitely think that ur college is fake then, still u can try to get provisional certificate stating proof of ur study and get attested with all 4 stamps, but i dont think it will work, u can still try though. Sorry for the late response
@@thefitfootblogger The university name is mentioned in both marksheet and certificate. I have done kuwait embassy attestation on both. But the name of the college is not present on either of the documents. I want to know if I will have to get any documents from the college, like a course competition certificate or something, before applying for KSE.
Ok i understood ur situation, which is why i mentioned provisional certificate, this contains the college and university connecting information. Ur college has to issue it if u request them and u have to get that certificate attested too.
Today was my first visit to KSE, they checked my degree cert and marksheet, collected Xerox copy from me and asked me to come after 10 working days. They didn't gave me any letter like you mentioned to give to MOFA??

They will ask u to come after 10 days and then give the letter. Not on the same day for MOFA.
And as I mentioned in the video and description, sometimes they handle cases differently, so there is no guarantee that a particular set of rules will be followed.

Degree, COnsolidated Full Marksheet, Bonafide certificate if college name is not present on Degree or Marksheet.

No, they only accept Btech. Masters is not counted here.

yes
So the total amount will be 140kd?
Depends on ur stamping process. For KSE
1)Dataflow = 30KD
2)Interview = 30KD
3)KSE card and NOC = 50-60KD
Amount varies from 100-150KD. I would suggest to keep 300KD in hand atleast before starting the stamping process, rest all depends upon the updated rates on that particular day.
What is the total cost to get kse?
For Indian attestations, Kuwait translation and attestation, MOFA, Dataflow, Interview, KSE card and NOC. The total cost ranges from 280-300KD or 75000-85000INR. It may change from time to time but this is the approx value which u will need to spend.

What if affiliated university is accredited during my 4 years course?
There is a recent update in NBA now, if ur college has NBA in any year then u can approach KSE and try.
If it's university then u will need Bonafide certificate to show it to KSE.
Today I went to kse and submitted my all documents and they ask me create account and they make me sign on authorisation paper but didn't gave me any MOFA paper to submit and asked me to visit after 10days

Hello, I completed my civil engineering in 2008-2012 with accreditation by NBA during my course. However, it wasn't accredited when I graduated in 2013 due to an arrear. The KEC rejected my approval, despite granting it to someone with only two years of NBA accreditation. I've tried explaining my situation to them, but they aren't listening. Any advice on how to resolve this discrepancy? Thank you.

@@thefitfootblogger They haven’t asked it in the last 7 months, been frequenting KSE since November. Also it looks like you haven’t visited KSE after Ramadan, they have made changes with respect to the reception & all. They shifted it to another building and now everything works on a token system with a common waiting area, wouldn’t say it’s made a big difference but it’s slightly better than before where they take civil ID and call out names.
@@amalmuhammed9672 thanks for the additional information. For some Indians they had asked that information, so I added it to be on the safer side. If they have completely stopped asking this, then I'll update this in my next video.
U r right, I last visited in March-2023 and that time the building was same, seems like they have shifted to the opposite building now. I'll add that information in the description to avoid confusion to new applicants.
Earlier also we used to give the civil ID and they used to call our names, number was not given to us, if the number are being given then its better organized as you said.

i graduated mechanical engineer 10 years ago and have been working as oil and gas field engineer ever since, are they gonna test me based on my univ degree or my working experience? because for sure i already forget about most of my univ subject after 10 years.
@@zakiUKM they will ask you from overall, ur education, project work and ur experience, and NO u cannot do exam or interview online brother, u have to come here personally and go through all the process to clear KSE, no one can it on ur behalf as ur sign and presence in neccesary.

He can apply, but it will be almost impossible for him to get it as they will check his visa category and ask lot ot questions. he can try and see, we can hope that he clears it.
