Me too got same problem , rear door cant open. Inside and out side also can open before

BMW dealer checked but told me can't claim warranty since there is water leakage..

If you have wanted to have some fun with the car then and don't want to worry about the steep depreciation value, the F15 can be a good car since 2nd hand value kind of cheap to owned one. But if you have the budget go for the G05 instead, much better build X5
