Eh, I see nothing wrong with blowing off steam about work at the end of the day (I don’t think you should stop your partner from doing it, either, within reason - especially since not everyone has the ability to do so during work, and it can lead to them feeling like they can’t talk to you about the rough times).
But I definitely think it’s more beneficial if you can do it during the stressful time vs potentially having it lurk: helps you feel better and focus more, limit getting overwhelmed/burnout. Maybe that’s just me - rather handle it and be done, move on to processing faster lol
(So long as your partner is fine with discussing it during work, anyhow.)
