When you take walks outside with the ergo baby embrace carrier, do you use anything for sun protection for baby? I have the same carrier but haven’t taken walks outside since there is no sun shade. I was told that the pregnancy food restrictions continue during the breastfeeding period. Im 33 weeks pregnant and my doctor just told me i won't be able to stuff my face with raw fish when i give birth, either 🤦🏽♀️ i was naughty once or twice tho, may do it again once this baby is born lolol
