I wonder how many hours it took to bring all this beauty together. Unbelievable co-ordination, direction, co-operation and fabulous teamwork for this awe-inspiring performance. What a treat to be in the throng of the crowds sucking up that atmosphere of total admiration and enjoyment .... never to be forgotten !!
Oh my, that's amazing. Seeing them all working together so well and carefully with total confidence.
I've ridden horses a bit, and I've driven teams of sled dogs (my own) so I can appreciate the skill, coordination, communication and balance of personalities that this takes. To say nothing of an elegant presentation.
My father used to drive 4 horses and 36 mules pulling the combine on our wheat farm. I had a photo of them, out in the field. The 4 horses were in the front. This was in the Walla Walla foothills of the Blue Mountains, and they had to pull that machine around and over large hills. I expect they walked because of the weight of the combine. He said some of them once ran away when they were pulling a wagon load of hay. He jumped off, because a friend of his had been killed when a wagon overturned. Broke the arches in his feet. He walked home, said the horses made it ok with wagon still upright.
I've seen photos of those massive early combines. A mechanical wonder. I don't think they were in service long, before the technology improved and combines got smaller, more manageable, and didn't need an army of horses & mules. That was a transitional era in farm machinery.
This is just insane!! Friesians have the best disposition I've ever seen. They are amazing!!! The are just lovebugs!!
There sadly are some sour tempered ones, but those have generally been 'Spoiled' by nervous owners.
40 Fresians to pull that little carriage? What's in it, a neutron star? 🌞
Seriously though, great accomplishment getting all those horses working together as a team!
Szuper teljesítmény...még a Lovak összeválogatása is nagy feladat lehetett!Gratulálok ....tetszett!
IF those horse's decided to BOLT, that Coach wouldn't have a PRAYER! 🙏😅🐎🐎🐎
Hopefully, there are lots of people who know not to throw things, or do anything else that startles them.
@@asafaust8869 Blinkers and "exposure" training help too !!
People think you just pull left or right, but that's not how it works. Not only you have a LOT of reins, very heavy reins in two hands, but you have to steer the front horses first before you can steer the rest. One of two are a handful already, now imagine FORTY.
John Wayne could handle them. Without a stagecoach!
Idk understand the need to have that many horses on one thing anyways its unnecessary I think.
@@maceyring2303 This is a perfect example of the difference between Need, and Want. They wanted to make an impression! They succeded. Sometimes in life you need a fun goal to achieve solely to make it happen.
@@maceyring2303 It's for the show and for the record. Of course it's not 'necessary'. Geez.
Saartje05 Exactly! Which is why I think it was an unnecessary risk to put that many horses and people in danger! All one has to do is watch the video of what happened with the 8 horse Budweiser Clydesdale team at the Western Heritage Classic in Abilene, Texas to know this. There’s not a better trained team of horses, well maintained equipment, and people on the planet as they are. Watch the video on CZcams. It terrifies me to think of that happening with a two horse team, let alone FORTY! It’s a miracle nothing went wrong.
Wow amazing, so beautiful. Freisans are my favorite horse.
- How many horses do you want?
- YES.
my word that's amazing, nice to see plenty of people on the ground "Just in case"
I only drove one dapple pony in a sulky in a parade and she gave me a fair amount of trouble. I cannot imagine 40 really big horses. Beautiful.
Thanks for sharing this with us 🇺🇸!
My favorite horse, beautiful ALL!! 🌹☺️🙋🏽

What a sight! Is there anything one Cannot do with Friesian horses!??

Magnificent display! Thank you!
Diana Parker.
Your pro pic is adorable!
Echt gaaf!
Wat een kracht daar liep
Still amazing
i can imagine how hard this is. i drove a wagon or two before, one with two huge persians on it. no gloves. fruckin chore and a half keepin those horses at a walk and steering them about.
Wunderschön. Friesen grundsätzlich, und dann diese Anspannung

Stunning Gorgeous 💯💞
Very nice!
Maravilloso. Felicidades
Just awesome !
Wow amazing!
Bravo Monsieur !
Hi great thanks for the sharing
I did no see the wades sea a little bit as this butv yes
thats alot of HORSEPOWER
Well over 40 H.P.
@@GreyPon3 the average horse has 14 H.P per horse
@@animaladdiction9560 that's 560 H.P.
I couldn't imagine them all taking off... ouch
Piet de Boer was niet alleen , hij had een hoop hulpjes. En het is niet te hopen dat er een paard schrikt !!
As for the music. America was NOT the only country to use stagecoaches. They were the transport buses of their time in Europe.
One man "I have enough to handle with just these two"
Two man "but dad you should drive forty like that man"
Points to the man on the forty Frisian hitch.
"No no son just these two are fine"
beautiful horses. How they manage a hitch that big, I don't know. They were great, just wonderful. No, I'm not a horse person due to allergies. If I want to pet horses, medication 1st, enjoy up close petting, talking to and a kiss on a velvety nose. THEN, puffer and soap and water wash hands, arms and face, but it is worth it
Wauw wat gaaf!
Mileda's Horsecenter gfjg
OMG,, 😃 STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS
I just honestly want to know how they tell them all apart
I know those men in white are difficult to distinguish from each other.
Superbe 💜💜💜
Someone can translate where this was and the end of the gala
i wonder if the ground was shaking
yes.
spectacular, but also dangerous, if some of them get panicky; I hope you had safety hooks/marathon hooks
Marianne Mullen gjgtzfjgfuzf
beatiful
I love friesians
I think they have too many and should let me take one off their hands. :D That was impressive.
Random recommendation but I'm here for it👊
Super
What does the harness cost for each horse ?
Geweldig
Anybody known what the music is
No es mucho motor para tan poco chasis?
the handlers seem kind of nervous do the horses forget where they are?
Now that's some horsepower
What is the music?
Imagine cleaning all that harness afterwards...
Groan.....all that polishing....
Amazing
LOVE
I see lots of money here.
Yes it is!!!
They are not only magnificent horses but they just seem to like to work with people and with each other. Secretariat was like that towards people
Just a few reins.😊
Would have preferred it if the men in white had worn black but that is purely a personal opinion. Beautiful horses.
It's traditionally how they show in hand with people wearing white. You'll see it in European horse keurings.
I suspect it is a safety security precaution. I'm impressed.
Oh, la, la... Quel magnifique attelage!
Are they somehow marked, tattooed or branded to tell them all apart?
Yes...they are injected with ID, as foals....
Why?....what could possibly go wrong?
wow
Lo mejor la musica tanto cavallo para un carro
I feel like.....if thy were cats, it would still work
Now that I'd love to see!
that takes skill and money
Very ROYAL.
Wow!!!
40 Horse Power Sick
I think whit same metodi farao move his stones...
Wow...😮
40- spännig ???😮
Зрелище впечатляет.Сила!
Frumos cu multă muncă👏
Pretty cool
Now that's what I call "horse power" - a bit of overkill for a simple stage coach - but the horses are beautiful, but in this video that's all that matters.
Meh , just 40 horsepower , not the fast sport type of vehicle, but it is a strong and reliable vehicle
Cool
I have one word to describe this. OVERKILL!
Brenda Brown.
I have one word to describe you: stupid.
Maybe more like pushing the limit? Love all the hands-on help as well - i'm impressed.
That's nothing - the Borax 40 mule train used to travel for several days in a very harsh environment with only a team of three men !!
Mules are less fractious.
@@bonnie448 oh, you believe that ?? 😂
Wow he has 40 hp too
