Let me get this straight. Today in 2023, reporters on scene of an event have a delay whilst talking to the studio.only a few kilometres away.
(Theu nod their heads whilst holding an earpiece in ,waiting to hear the questions from the studio)
(Then the reporters in the studio wait whilst the reporter on scene is still listening to the question asked 30 seconds ago)
Yet way back in 1969, a phone call that was bounced to several locations, including all the way to Australia, was spontaneous, with zero delay.???

@@sH-ed5yfyeah you are right! The kind of delay you would expect from a studio to a reporter, exactly what OP is talking about. You know, from like one side of the city to the other side of the city. You know, like 24 miles away, not 240,000 god damn miles away. Since we can all agree that math isn’t a conspiracy, and we agree there’s a 3 second delay on most news casts…. If the moon is 10,000 times farther than a reporter would normally be from a studio, then it should take 3(s) x 10,000(d) = 30,000 seconds or 500 minutes or 8.33 hours. The delay in your news channel mostly results out of the reports think forst about the answer before they speak.

The call was simply placed to mission control and patched into the radio communications, and If you listen to the original broadcast there was indeed a delay of several seconds between Nixon and the astronaut's replies. And since since radio waves travel at the speed of light it would take less than 3 seconds for the round trip. As for the photo on the wall, that is the famous "earthrise" photo that was shot from lunar orbit during the Apollo 8 mission, which was several months before the Apollo 11 landing (December 24th, 1968). The photo is one of the most iconic shots of the 20th century and was printed in magazines and newspapers all over the world in 1969.

Watch the entire video, its government technology, it isn't like everyones gonna have good communication tech that could be expensive, theres also a delay when the signals are sent, obviously this is edited, the film is edited! They literally used a large balloon to redirect radio signals back, obviously it wasn't so successful because its a balloon and no matter what material you use, if its elastic and flexible, its easy to be destroyed. If this video had a larger audience of random people, you guys would be dominated and your notifications would pop off with roasts, obviously im not into studying astrology and these radiowaves, but i do believe on technology, look how far we've come, why would we fake these? i dont have everything to explain how this is real but look at some replies to those comments saying its fake, atleast look through a lot, and not go through a reply section of dumb believers with no way to defend themselves because they cant speak facts.

Obviously he never heard of Telstar, commercial communications satellites launched in the early 60s.
For some time we've had satellite phones that work far out as sea. Network TV uses satellite uplinks for live reports from remote locations and downlinks to affiliates. And I guess the Air Force didn't tell you that NORAD uses satellites to monitor rocket launches.
Yes, on Earth astronauts practice underwater to simulate weightlessness. But you can see the "underwater" ISS passing overhead, even photograph its form with a telescope.
The Earth is much brighter than distant stars and requires a lower exposure. The stars are visible in ISS videos of the night side of Earth which used a higher exposure.
The phone call's landlines were connected to a network of radio transceivers.
What relevance is the definition of "nasa" in Hebrew? NASA is an English word, an acronym for National Aeronautics and Space Administration. FYI, In Hebrew the word pronounced as "nasa" means to bear or carry; that pronounced as "nasha" means to deceive. Research the word "superstition" in English.

@@Gilvids Nixon's "call" Apollo 11 on the Moon had a 6 second delay. The delay with Houton could be as little as 3 seconds. The theoretical direct propagation to the Moon and back (239,000 mi × 2) is about 2.56 seconds.
There is no noticeable delay in dialog between the studio and field reporters locally where microwave is used. Such dialog delays occur from more remote spots because satellite connections are used and requires two round trips to 25,000 miles up to hear the reporter's response to an achor's question. Alternatively they use Skype which can have delays, especially with high bandwidth video.
I don't know that 5 seconds delay with TV is typical nor do I know other causes of the delay. Have you asked any of the engineers that work for the networks or the satellite operators? As for Apollo, one private radio engineer built an antenna and received the direct transmissions from the Moon when he had a clear path and LRO photographed the Apollo landing sites.
Don Pettit's comment "the technology was destroyed" refers to the vehicle and other equipment, and importantly the facilities and tooling to manufacture them. In other words, if NASA chose to rebuild the Apollo vehicle and components, it wouldn't happen overnight.
