- Join me in this video as I dive into my latest visit to Maruti Suzuki service center for the third service of my new Brezza. I'll share an honest account of my experiences, from the quality of service to the customer care received
Brezza Engine Options: Brezza has a 1.5 L K15B Petrol Engine on offer. It is available with Manual & Automatic transmission. Automatic model comes with a mild hybrid engine

I am using Maruti vehicles since1993. I had no problem with service. If we book for the service and if we go to the service centre in time, the service assistant will be waiting to receive the car. I experienced no difficulties. They will let us know, what are to be done and if we agree they will charge only for the demanded service. After third device service charges to be paid. We must also pay for consumables like oil, break fluid, filters, etc This is my experience with Popular, Saii Service, BRD Etc. Maruti😊 will also ask for feed back from us about the quality of service.
Thank you for your say here. Yes I agree that technical side of Maruti service is brilliant. No complaints what so ever. I believe most of the Maruti service providers can improve in their interaction with the customer and the overall customer experience they offer
If you are servicing you car at Indus motors you can change your service station to Sarathy motors service station I had a good experience from there for more than 4 years its my opinion .If service station is crowded the experience can vary and the free sevice means only labour charges are free in free service. All the consumables and equipment like oil filter, Engine oil, sparkplug, etc cost is borne by the owner only.

Free service means labor only, of u buy any parts like oil ,filter they will charge, and wheel alignment is as per customer request so they will take labor for that

Hi, am from chennai using brezza and here in service centre they give good & immediate attention, after completing the service the advisor will wait till the vehicle goes out of the garage but can't expect all the centre's give the same treatment, nice video happy driving

In Coimbatore All service centre is good.We got very good personal attention after service also.My technical expert is same every time.He got a very good knowledge about my vehicle always.

Good to hear that. Yes it depends on the city, day etc. I think Its better if you visit the same service centreall the time and keep a service advisor in contact. This time it wasn’t the usual service station for me because of time and convenience factors
Hello dear, i ve a breeza and generally services are either done by popular Indus and AVG.
Never had bad experiance. If we book our service or not as soon as we enter their yard the sales executive will aporoach.
If it is a small job we can sit in their lounge and enjoy some coffee or if we want to go they will drop us to the town and if we want to deliver the car back they will do that and even service pick ups from home is also taken care.
They will bring the bill to us.
Our family is a maruti customer since 95 with our esteem as the first car and now with vittara breeza.
If we have any complaints we can reach maruti since they collect our feedback..
Since you own a breeza i suggest you to get associated with VBCK also..

They will remove all tyres for balancing and while putting it back, they can rotate the tyre position without any extra hassle. So when u do balancing, rotation of tyres are not charged.
I dont think they will remove tyres for balancing. They’ll only remove if wheel rotation is asked to do

Yes, People here are arrogant against other state vehicles. Infact one of my friend here had a really bad experience with locals here.
If you are looking for long term option I would advice you to take KA registration for your car - provided road tax here is on the higher side compared to Kerala

Hi Bro, good to see this video, am using a Vdi 2018 brezza done around 50000km with a stable mileage of 20 kmpl,was planning to upgrade to the brezza AT,awaiting your user experience ,what about grand vitara AT? Will it give same mileage ? Any idea bro?

Great to hear you get 20kmpl consistently. When it comes to Grand Vitara, it uses the same engine and transmission as of Brezza. So ideally it should exctract a little less fuel efficiency considering its bigger size.

What was the on road price and when was the delivery?
For Zxi AT dual tone color it costed around 14.9. It got delivered in last March👍

Not upto 3000. For me usually it stays around 2-2.5K
