    I started getting better since I embraced blood types diet. I have "Alpha gal syndrome", I am allergic to all products that comes from mammals including their milk. I started eating chicken as a substitute for red meat, however, I get constipation and bloated stomach any time I eat chicken. I feel the same symptoms for pienuts, maize, and tomatoes, etc. Now all have disappeared for about 70%.
    I am blood group B+.

      Hi, from the video above I highlighted how there is no sound science to back up the eating according to blood type. Regardless of your blood type, you need to eat healthier food and from evidence based science that would be: avoiding or decreasing animal food consumption, avoiding highly processed foods, eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds and herbs …

    No i don't agree with you you haven't dobe the research yourself I feel much better eating certain foods as opposed to others there's definitely a correlation between blood type and diet

      Ok. So what is your blood type and what is your diet like? While feeling better after eating a certain food, it is not necessarily the best measure of ‘healthy inside’. Problem like high blood pressure are silent and you won’t feel sick often until it’s too late!
