Playing on the Switch version in Glitter Glacier, I was playing normally and Yooka said something at the same time I took damage, her text box stayed on screen for nearly 10 minutes, I managed to get over to Trowzers and his text box finally got rid of hers. It did actually pop back up after Trowzers but went away quickly after. I never thought to try and redo it and it’s been a few months so I’ll have to look at the screen shots I took to see what Yooka actually said.
So this game is basically Banjo Kazooie but this time with a lizard and bat. Neato

Wow. So something that the top of the final boss's tower in Banjo-Kazooie has from Yooka-Laylee's is that there is no actual top to them from the outside area.

That black screen glitch happens sometimes when you restart the Kartos missions.
There is a spot where you can go into the wall without any setup.

I always love to hear that cave story music as your outro!
This game was sadly unfinished that was such a hugely wasted potential which was almost fun but felt like an alpha which really ruined the experience.

Another trick is if you double jump and spam aerial attacks against a steep slope, you can climb up it.
Hmm, idk about that. Slope-climbing can be done with a twirl-mash in a lot of places and on some pretty ridiculous slants, but double-jumping (even if hugging the incline) will always result in an aerial attack (the front flip roll thingy) that makes you lose too much height before you can repeat. So long as you don't touch standable ground, that will be the result. I believe some slopes are a little more "adhesive" (I think it has to do with the suction effect that the occasional slope seems to mysteriously have, pulling the player upwards to possibly keep them from falling into an inactionable spot) and allow for the player to do what you've mentioned, but unless you were actually talking about the twirl or that was patched then you're missing out on a bevy of crazy places you can get to without flying.
6:38 If you try to do that above a mushroom in moodymaze marsh it will happen the same, even after the update.
I love this game, we have a kinda forth banjo (if you count nuts and bolts as the 3rd more worse one but still kinda interesting)
And with the second one with the bees is kinda the 5th
It's meant to be Banjo-Kazooie and Donkey Kong, basically!

I did the first glitch accidentally because I thought it was a "secret" late game loot spot.

I had a PC glitch in the electro maze in moody maze marsh, Whereas getting killed by the block just kills me & respawns me, but it softlocks after the transition.

Alfredo Lazo well aparently youve been living under a rock. Yooka-Laylee is made by remaining workers for Rare, the creators of the duo of Banjo-Kazooie games.
When I was in galleon galaxy, the pirate ship was suddenly gone, and there was nothing where it was. I had to restart the game, to get it back. Has anyone tried this?

So I've never played any of the Banjo-Kazooie games or Yooka-Laylee. Why is Yooka-Laylee considered bad in comparsion to Banjo-Kazooie?
Well, for starters, it was made using Unity3D. Then you add in some bland characters with little to no personality, low-tier collectibles that are harder to find than they should be, the mere inclusion of a physics engine at all, the glitches shown in this video, Rextro's "arcade" mini-games, and just the fact that Banjo-Kazooie was first and set a high bar. Yooka-Laylee just didn't turn out how it should have.
The levels seemed too big to me and individual feathers (bearing in mind there were like a hundred per level) were in really stupid places and there wasn't really much to do in them. Not when I played it anyway.

It's a understatement to say that Testing was NOT in the budget. Or it's a clever conspiracy to get indirect, free advertising for the game by channels like this one and as a bonus the testing that never happened in development! xD
im sure they had enough money to do lots of testing..... the thing with this game is, its scope was too big... its usually an amateur mistake, but these guys made banjo kaszooey! so they arnt amateurs! they clearly had their goals set to high, and forgot what made the original great.
They knew what made the original great, but didn't add anything to it. So its kind of wonky
