I remember 2 years ago when the same homes in McDonough were around 300k 😢
Thanks for your educational videos, my son move to Temblé GA. And he is going to buy a house there , I already shared your videos so that he can contact you
GOD BLESS YOU 🙏
Nice review keep up the good work
Great video. i live in the area and property taxes have grown substantially. These new developments are raising everyone's costs without additional resources for our community. #help
That's what I'm noticing with these homes for sale via Zillow, redfin, etc.. I wonder if people are moving out because of this!?
@@followingfist6 great question
The model made it look so open. Nice house!
Literally subscribed and bing watching your videos. Looking to relocate.
Nice!
Sending love from NYC. #NewSubscriber #LovingYourChannel
Thank you for the love and supporting the channel 💪🏾🙏🏾🖤
Definitely on the smaller scale for floor plans. Ryan Homes is a reputable builder, so I would have gathered it would have been a bit more floor space.
Done with communities. Single floor plan and no hoa's.
I love the price but dislike the portion of space in the dining room, master bathroom, in all the closest and pantry. I don't think it would have killed them to work with a little more space.
I remember 4 years ago when they were larger with more land and under $300k!...the market is really cruel... school systems are really bad as well..I just don't get it $400k plus is disrespectful in my opinion
Nic but doesn’t look like a $400k house perhaps $350K. None comes
With his/hers bathroom and no tub in the master bathroom, no fireplace. Could be better.
It’s nice home I went to see them but I agree with most reviews, it doesn’t look like a 400k home
These homes are beautiful. Just purchased the Anderson model. They are currently offering 20000$ incentives.
What up with all these lumber houses where’s the concrete or bricks house
You won’t find any concrete homes in Atlanta Metro. Our building codes here are ok with frame as our weather is not extreme like Florida where concrete homes are mandatory in certain areas.
I hate islands and the echo will drive me nuts.
Definitely not worth the price! Plus the outside of the house lacks curb appeal...hideous looks like a square with a triangle at the top.
