I still remember receiving my PC after a few days, with at that time excellent performance for the price... The CD died a few weeks later, the replacement arrived soon through UPS... That was impressive service !
Worked for GW in 1999 for 11 months on call center tech support team (sharpshooters), then I went onto the business line in the evenings. Some really nasty ppl calling in and heard some really sad stories. All in all a great experience.
Hi This is brialliant - I think this was part of a video presentation that they played at the Christmas Party in the RDS one year - It was much longer - would love to try and find that long version. Where did ye find this - fantastic memories. Pamela

Had a great time working there , first in consumer then business and finally majors. Probably the most fun job i ever had.
