Smitty’s actual title is Assistant Athletic Director of Equipment Services of the university. He actually spent years at Nike as an executive over NBA basketball apparel. He’s a CU graduate and is a former handler/runner with Raphie. He’s an absolute gem.

You can not deny that this was a well run team last year! The Louie did their job, but they couldn't pull the rest of the team with them! There were no devastating injuries or wardrobe malfunctions!

One thing that I Really Admired about what SMITTY said, how they(His Team) be ready for the CU Football Players in the Mornings Greeting them with a SMILE 😊, That Means a Lot, because you don’t know what they may have WENT THROUGH THE NIGHT BEFORE, WHAT THEY MAYBE GOING THROUGH PERSONALLY, and SOMETIMES THE STRUGGLE OF LIFE, and TO RECEIVE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A SMILE CAN MAKE A GREAT IMPACT ON SOMEONE’S DAY EVEN THEIR LIFE❤😊

So fall freshman come in in mid August, is it possible to be on the staff on ANY capacity by Week 1? It sounds like experience but work ethic still kills. That has bothered me since Aug 2007.
