Surprisingly, on mentioned raid, question is...why only very limited individual were caught. Cctv cameras on site may speak for itself i.e.prior to and after the raid. Additionally, cctv cameras on adjacent barangay roads and/or highway's tollgate may leave some footprints... "connect-the-link"
