Peter Vins: Soviet gulag to big business to social work

Peter Vins dodged a Soviet execution team to safety in the U.S., returned to Russia as a successful businessman after the Soviet collapse, then escaped Ukraine after Russia's attack. He's now a refugee worker for Catholic Charities of Oregon.
